The Education and Social Services Situation in Kurdistan of Iran
Kurdistan area as a of Iran country has an important role in the economy , security and production . Author studies the education and social services situation in this area that includes provinces that they mostly speak Kurdish language. The development pundits believe that expert manpower has a main role in the country development .Population is a symbol of country development. According to these ideas ,the author is searched the role and structure of population in the country and Kurdistan. And using the library research , author studied the migration , marital and engagement situation based on population. And comparing to the world and country and there were significant results. According to these results : based on 2011 census the population was 75149696 people in Iran that in that time the population of Kurdistan was 7077047 people. The population growth in the country was 1.29 and in Kurdistan it was .81 ( less than one percent ). The rural population growth was -.63 in the country and in Kurdistan it was - 1.39 while the urban population growth was 2.14 in the country and in Kurdistan it was 2.05 percent .In this year the population density in the country was 46 people and in Kurdistan it was 60 people . About population structure , the country and Kurdistan situation were nearly the same. And the age group 14 years old in the country was 23.4 percent and in Kurdistan it was 23.5 percent .The age group 15 to 64 years old was 70.9 percent in the country and in Kurdistan it was 71.55 percent and the age group 65 and more was 5.7 percent in the country and it was 5.4 percent in Kurdistan . The most important part of this study is about marriage and migration in 2011 that the marriage rate was 9 percent in the country and it was 9.9 percent in Kurdistan . Also , divorce percent was 1.4 in the country and in Kurdistan it was 1.3 percent . It means that in Kurdistan area the marriage percent is high and it has the least percent for divorce.In the part of migration , Kurdistan has 8.41 percent migration . The most reasons for migration are to find a better job. According to the results in Kurdistan area we have problem about population growth . According to Kurdistan potentials for producing protein , dairy and agricultural – garden productions we can provide a good condition to population growth in the rural area of Kurdistan by suitable investment. Also, we can decrease migration in the area .And the family living pattern that effect on family relationship can be studied by social researchers to decrease divorce and family disconnection.

Population, Migration, Marriage and Job in Kurdistan of Iran in Comparison with the Country
Kurdistan area as a part of Iran has an important role in economy , security and production . Author studies the education and social services in this area that includes Kurdistan provinces and mostly they speak Kurdish language.As this part of country is very important the writer has studied the education and social services situation in this area . Using the library and field research and reliable resources and analytic deduction I have compared the literacy situation in 1390 census. The literacy situation in a group of six years old and more children and college students also health situation for mortality and medical have been studied . The interval between these indices and the country is determined. In this article the results show that the average literacy in Kurdistan of Iran in 1390 census is 80.22 percent while in the country is 84.75 percent. And this interval is less in rural areas, it means that the literacy in Kurdistan rural areas is about 73 percent and in the is 75.10 . Also ratio of professor to the student in the country for 5.98 students is one professor while in Kurdistan area is 6.81 . About health , Kurdistan situation is really different from the country for example about mothers mortality because of pregnancy in 2009 in the country 437 and in Kurdistan 60 people are dead. IF we compare this figure with Kurdistan population ratio to the country we can see that there is a significant interval between these indices. Kurdistan population is 9.41 when the babies morality is 13.72 in the country and the total mortality in this year is 5.1 percent in the country .And the mortality in the area is 5.2 percent.Now according to research conclusions and significant differences between social and public indices : Kurdistan area needs to a serious and special attention and the area social policies need to be review seriously because this area has an important role in producing agricultural – garden productions and the country security . Also, education is very necessary in this area. It sounds that education is a base to decrease the significant intervals in the indices of the area and the country .We can gain this goal by planning for the country educational system and training the skillful and experienced work force.

Some Results on Universal Optimality of Resolvable Designs with Unequal Block sizes
The optimality of the variance and efficiency balanced affine resolvable designs and resolvable designs with unequal block sizes has been checked and found it to be universal optimal. A method of constructing variance and efficiency balanced (?1, ?2, …..?t) resolvable balanced incomplete block design with unequal block sizes is also proposed using 2n-symmetrical factorial designs. Further optimality of the constructed design has been checked and found it to be universally optimal.

Temperature Dependent Properties of Pd-GaN Thin Film Grown by a Low-cost Electrochemical Deposition Technique
A Schottky barrier on GaN film grown on Si (111) substrate by low cost electrochemical deposition technique at 20 °C was obtained and characterized. Pd was used as a Schottky barrier contact. The temperature dependent current-voltage (I-V-T) curves have been measured on Pd/GaN contacts in the range of 300-470 K. Thermionic emission theory has been applied to the curves and the Schottky barrier heights, ?B0, and ideality factors, n, have been calculated. Barrier heights and ideality factors are evaluated as functions of temperature. These measurements indicate that the Schottky barrier height increases and ideality factor decreases with increasing temperature. The apparent Richardson constant was found to be 2.38x10-7Acm-2K-2 and mean barrier height of 0.3 eV. After barrier height inhomogeneities correction, by assuming a Gaussian distribution (GD) of the barrier heights, the Richardson constant and the mean barrier height were obtained as 19.3 Acm-2K-2 and 1.54eV, respectively. The corrected Richardson constant was very closer to theoretical value of 26Acm-2K-2.

Transformation of an Object in Computer Graphics: A Case Study of Mathematical Matrix Theory
Equations of curves or straight lines have reference to certain set of axes. In fact we shall have different equations for the same curve or straight line when referred to different set of co-ordinate axes. This may happen when the origin is shifted to a point keeping the directions of the axes the same or when the axes are rotated through same angle keeping the origin unaltered. Transformation of an object in computer graphics is based on mathematical theory and uses an important concept related to matrix theory. Transformation of an object may be related to 2dimensional or 3 dimensional or more .A transformation which map 3-D objects onto 2-D screen we are going to call it Projection .In general there are two ways to represent the transformation of an object (i) transformation are done by using the rules of co-ordinates axes (ii)transformation are done by representing in the matrix form. In this paper it is tried to study the properties of matrix used to develop transformation of an object related to computer graphics theory. It is tried to study set of non-zero vectors are used to represent a matrix and is helpful to do transformation of an object. Keywords : object ; transformation ; dimensional; matrix;

Performance Analysis of Speech Enabled IVR Using Narrowband Codec
The ultimate goal of the deployment of any voice-centric application is to provide a natural way of human-machine interaction in end-to-end communication and majority of the voice-centric applications in today’s world are promising the same. In this scenario, it is essential to investigate the performance of Speech-Enabled IVR (SEIVR) under the effect of different narrowband codecs. In this paper, the performance of SEIVR has been analyzed by utilizing an ASR engine and speech codecs. SPHNIX-3 has been used as the ASR engine which is CMU’s ASR toolkit for speech recognition and executable files of various narrowband codec are generated with the help of source code and it is taken from standard organizations such as ITU-T, ETSI and ISO/IEC. The results of this paper are completely based on the speech data from TIMIT speech database. The major work done in this paper is to prove that the recognition accuracy of SEIVR increases when there is an increase in Gaussian mixture from Context-Independent (CI) to Context-Dependent (CD) under the influence of various narrow band codecs.

Comparative Study of Pervaporation Separation of IPA/water Mixture using Different Membranes
PVA membrane and PVA-PES membrane were used for study of Pervaporation separation of IPA/water mixture. In present study experiments were carried out at different feed temperature (45-75 0C), feed concentration (6.28- 14.39 wt %.) and flow rates (6-18 LPH). The degree of swelling of the membranes studied at different concentration of water in feed. The experimental results of IPA/water system were presented and compared with regression analysis model data. It was observed that PVA-PES membrane has higher flux and lower separation factor than PVA membrane for separation of IPA/water mixture. The total permeation flux increased with increase in feed temperature and feed concentration. Increasing the feed flow rate had a positive effect on both permeation flux and selectivity due to elimination of concentration and temperature polarization. A permeation flux of 110.81 gm/m2.hr with separation factor 124.93 was achieved for PVA membrane and permeation flux of 158.44 gm/m2.hr with separation factor 25.24 was achieved for PVA-PES membrane. The Comparative results are presented in this work.

Technology Advancement in Gas Turbine Aero Engines
Crude oil price directly influence the economic conditions of world. This will impact on the airlines operating of aero engines that lead to turbo machinery to future fuel conservation requirements. The continuing effort to improve performance has created in improving the efficiency of current and future gas turbine engines. The fuel efficiency of an aircraft is dependent upon factors: the drag contributed by the air frame, the drag contributed by the engine and the efficiency of the engine itself. In this paper we discuss the latest advancement in gas turbine engines that improves efficiency of the engine from a unit mass of fuel that is burnt. Turbofan engine coupled with planetary gear increases speed of low pressure compressor by three to four folds of fan takes place inside the core of the engine, which includes the compressor, the combustion chamber, and the turbines that extract mechanical energy from the hot, expanding gases. By increasing the fan diameter & by improving the overall bypass ratios up to 12, the fuel efficiency of engine increases to double digit ~15% which is revolutionary in aero engine development history.
