Conservative Management of Dentigerous Cyst in a young adult male patient-A Case Report
This report describes the case of 39 year old male patient who presented with asymptomatic large unilateral dentigerous cyst related to impacted mandibular third molar. Dentigerous cyst is the most common developmental odontogenic cyst which encloses the crown of unerupted / impacted tooth by expansion of its follicle and is attached to cementoenamel junction(CEJ) .Due to its extension , marsupialization was performed under local anesthesia(LA) together with histopathological analysis which suggested dentigerous cyst. Later ,on once the lesion was reduced in size ,enucleation was done .The mandibular right second and first molar were also extracted . This report illustrates a conservative surgical approach for the management of dentigerous cyst.

The Importance of Understanding the Aspirations of Physicians in the Workplace in Motivations for Improving Healthcare Service Quality
The management of hospitals are often at a loss to understand the cues and strategies to enhance physician engagement strategies to help avoid physician burnout. The departure of physicians from the healthcare profession is frequently attributed to their disengagement from their professional calling, which may result in lowered quality of service and patient care in the institutions they serve. The transformational leadership theory served as the underlying theoretical lens of this qualitative single case study where the aim was to explore the engagement strategies healthcare middle and senior-level managers used to help avoid physician burnout. The participants of this study were seven middle and senior-level healthcare managers holding a minimum of five years of employee management experience who effectively used physician engagement strategies to help avoid physician burnout at a Central Pacific United States healthcare organization. Interviews yielded data from semistructured interviews via telephone, reflective journal, and publicly available media and organizational documents. The thematic approach using a process of constant comparison was used to analyze the primary data. The principal theme of this research is the importance of encouraging career progression and professional development. A key recommendation for middle and senior-level healthcare managers is to take the time initially to get to know the goals of each physician to understand their professional motivations. The implementation of strategies for increased physician engagement is instrumental in delivering optimal patient services, ranging from clinical to helping address socioeconomic disparities for patients within the community who can benefit from healthier lifestyles.

High School Dropout, a Public Health Issue, Analyzed through the Lens of Phenomenology
The completion of school education has positive health consequences. Early termination of education can lead to poorer health, shorter lifespans, which places additional stress on the health care system. In Canada, improving overall high school graduation rates has been discussed at the levels of the District School Board and the Ministry of Education, however, it is relatively understudied, with a dearth of research on increased graduation and its bearing on public health. The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore the perceptions of liaison public health nurses in the Toronto, Ontario District School Board, regarding their roles in influencing students to complete high school. Reinforced by the underlying Bronfenbrenner ecological model, the study involved the analysis of primary data and theoretical propositions. Purposive sampling served to select 10 public health nurses who were interviewed regarding their role and involvement in high schools. Using a process of constant comparison and thematic analysis, the data was subjected to triangulation to increase understanding of the phenomenon. Broadly, the findings from this study indicated that liaison public health nurses believe that high school dropout is a public health issue and that collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Public Health is needed to address the issue. Further research is recommended to explore the connection between health and school achievements and the expanded role of public health nurses in Canadian high schools. The positive social change implication that may be expected with the application the findings of this study, includes highlighting the issue of high school dropout rate as a public health concern in Canadian schools in areas of lower socioeconomic status. The imperative to use additional research and resources may yield dividends for the Toronto Public Health, in improving graduation rates among their core mandates.

Analyze the Correlation Between Family Relationship and Health Promoting Lifestyle Among Seniors in the Community
Objective: To understand the personal background factors of study subjects, their current status of family relationship and health promoting lifestyle. To explore the relationship of personal background factors, family relationship of study subjects with their health promoting lifestyle. Design: The population included 176 samples of the older people above 65 in Ren-Ai district, Keelung City, Taiwan. A self-designed structured questionnaire was used as our research tool. Our data were collected through both questionnaire and one-on-one interview, and then processed and analyzed by package software - IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0. Results: The personal background factors that influenced the seniors’ family relationship are age, gender, education degree, marriage, living status. The personal background factors that influenced the seniors’ health promoting lifestyle are gender, living status. Family relationship has a significantly positive correlation with health promoting lifestyle.. Conclusions: A health promoting lifestyle will help prevent diseases and promote health, and can improve the quality of life. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the relationship between the elderly and their families will affect the health promoting lifestyle. The older the elderly, the more they need to care about their family relationships. We need to pay more attention to the family relationships of illiterate elderly people, divorced or widowed elderly people and elderly people living alone. We need to encourage more male elderly people, elderly people living with spouse and elderly people living alone to implement health-promoting lifestyles.

Study of the Natural Rejection Capacity of Six Plantain Cultivars (musa spp.), Collected in Five Areas of Maniema Province under Kindu Conditions
To evaluate the natural rejection capacity of six plantain cultivars collected in five territories in the province of Maniema, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The trial was conducted using an experimental system of subdivided plots and observations were made on the number of naturally formed shoots, the diameter, the height of the pseudo-trunk and the leaf area of the plant. The correlation between the number of shoots and these three parameters was calculated. The results obtained were as follows: 8.17 ± 2.72 shoots were produced in the control, 8.50 ± 2.62 in the sawdust and 8.26 ± 2.68 in the decomposed rice husks. The averages per cultivar for all fertilisers and per cultivar were 9.37 ± 0.11 for C6 (Otangala); followed by 8.76 ± 0.65 for C4 ((Mbonjilo) ; 8.43 ± 0.12 for C5 (Kambelekete) ; 8.03 ± 0.48 for C1 (Kyankola)1 ; 7.89 ± 0.19 for C3 (Mbudi 2) and 7.37 ± 0.48 for C2 (Mbudi 1). It was found that these numbers of rejections do not differ statistically between fertilisers and between cultivars. The correlation coefficients are therefore generally low or mogged, negative or positive. The data are heterogeneous within fertilisers and homogeneous within each cultivar.

Characterization of convective drying of potato and taro: influence of cutting and nature of products for cubic and cylindrical shapes
This present article highlights the influence of the cutting performed on samples of agricultural products as well as their nature of products on the assessment of their convective drying quality. Sweet potato and taro were used for the study. It emerges that the size of the cut plays an important role in the evaluation of mass transfers during convective drying. At 100 minutes of drying and a temperature of 70°C, cubes with dimensions of 1cm, 1.5cm, 2cm, and 2.5cm reached moisture content levels of 40wt.%, 60wt.%, 78wt.%, and 80wt.% of their initial moisture content, respectively. This trend generalizes: the larger the size, the slower the drying. Similarly, the shape slightly influences the transfer process. Furthermore, the experiments showed that at the same temperature and similar dimensions regardless of the cutting shape, taro exhibits greater resistance to transfers than sweet potato.
