Challenges in the Management of Elderly Patients with Severe Tooth Wear: A Conservative Approach
The present case involves the management of severe tooth wear in elderly patient using a multidisciplinary treatment approach, which includes full mouth rehabilitation to restore upper and lower generalized tooth wear due to attrition, re- treatment of failing root treated teeth, stabilizing localized periodontal problem, restoring the missing multiple upper teeth (sparse dentition) and management of bruxism. The treatment provided include non- surgical management of localized moderate chronic periodontitis affecting the posterior teeth, re-root treatment of the lower anterior teeth, direct resin composite restorations at an increased occlusal vertical dimension (OVD) and an upper removable cobalt-chromium partial denture (overdenture) with tooth 24 and 28 as abutments. Finally a lower soft splint was given to protect the restorations and remaining dentition due to bruxism.

The Effect of Style in the Meaning and Translation
English and Arabic belong to two different languages families Germanic and Semitic, therefore difficulty will definitely arise. Since style is the manner or the way that somebody usually writes, so it plays an important role in affecting the meaning of any translated text. Some style features of both languages pose problems in translation from Arabic into English or vice versa. Arab students should know that English style is not identical with Arabic style so we cannot translate in a straightforward way. Style difference in origins causes a difference in meaning and creates wide gaps for translators when translating. This study aims at discussing style, showing the differences between Arabic and English style, introducing different style and suggest suitable correct and. Because style plays an important role in affecting the meaning of any translated text Also the study shows style for university students of AL-Baha University, College of Science and Arts, Department of English Language 2016-2017 during the second semester.

Dynamics of Financial Leverage and Firm’s Profitability: Evidence from Nigerian Deposit Money Banks
The aim of the paper was to analyse the relation between financial leverage on firm’s profitability from the perspective of Nigerian deposit money banks. We employed a random effects regression model with return on asset as dependent variable and three factors (leverage, liquidity and size) as explainable variables. The panel data series was collated from the annual reports and statement of accounts of 14 selected deposit money banks in Nigeria for the period covering 2000-2014. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and panel regression analysis. A panel random effect and panel fixed effect estimations will be processed while the Hausman test will be employed in selecting the most appropriate model. Panel unit root test will also be conducted since our series has a feature of time-series. We have found that financial leverage has a negative impact on profitability. The results of the estimation model show that size and liquidity have positive impact on profitability. As expected, the relationship between liquidity and leverage appears to be negative. Our regression results revealed that firm size is negatively related to leverage. As the selection of independent variables was influenced by availability of data, we consider that our analysis could be expanded by incorporating other determinants factors such as industry-level and country-level variables, so long as the data series are available.

Effect of Temperature on the Ion- Solvent Interaction of Cerium Chloride with Aqueous Formic Acid by Ultrasonic Measurement
Ultrasonic velocity and density have been determined in cerium chloride and aqueous formic acid at 30oC,35oC and40oC. Different acoustic parameters were calculated using measured value of ultrasonic velocity and density at these three temperatures. These data provide useful information about change in interaction at different temperatures. The main target of this paper is to highlight the type and extent of molecular interaction between component molecules and to reflect effect of on them.

A postmodern critique of contemporary Pakistani English Novels in the light of Historiographic Metafiction
The present research attempts to analyze Pakistani English novels namely A Case of Exploding Mangoes (2008), The Scatter Here is too Great (2014), and A Season for Martyrs (2014) as historiographic metafiction. Linda Hutcheon propsed historiographic metafiction as a theory that re-conceptualizes history by combining fact and fiction. Pakistani novelists present social, political and historical issues of the region through this genre of postmodern fiction. The study shows that official history related to partition, military rule and politics is being questioned in the selected texts. Textual analysis is used as a research method.

Urachus pathology : urachal custom
The urachal cyst result of the persistence of the middle part of the urachus and obliteration of the cephalic and caudal ends. Its diagnosis is often difficult because of the variability of the clinical signs. Ultrasound and computed tomography scan can establish the diagnosis in the majority of the cases. The objective of our work is to develop this disease, rare in adults, focusing on its epidemiology, diagnostic and therapeutic.

Innovation of medicine giving pacifier development and its effect
For the sake of safety and convenience, the current practice of feeding infants on medicines generally is through liquid medicine placed in several kinds of feeders. However, as infants usually do not cooperate, the results are not always satisfactory and the actual dosage of intake is hard to precisely be measured, thus discounting the effect of medical treatment. To overcome the above shortcomings, this invention is to create a medicine-giving device built in a nipple pacifier for infants to use. We hope to improve the effect of feeding infants on medicine by calming the infants down during the feeding process, so the full dosage of medicine could be taken completely and successfully.

Impact of different phosphorus sources on major and micro nutrient availability to main and residual crop
Pot culture experiment was conducted to study the impact of organic and inorganic phosphorus source on major and micronutrient availability for main and residual crop. Organic and inorganic Phosphorus sources (farmyard manure, poultry manure, vermicompost, sewage sludge and single superphosphate), to supply 34 kg P2O5 ha-1, were used as treatments with no phosphorus source as control. These six treatments replicated four times, making a total of 24 pots. In main groundnut crop all the phosphorus sources improved soil organic carbon and major and micronutrient contents. Among them poultry manure had the greatest influence on the availability of phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium and sulphur. In the residual sunflower crop phosphorus source improved the nutrient availability and soil organic carbon content. Among them, poultry manure registered higher soil available nitrogen and phosphorus content and sewage sludge treatment increased potassium and sulphur content. Residual iron, zinc and copper content was higher and comparable in sewage sludge and farmyard manure treatment. And residual manganese content was higher in single super phosphate treatment.

Assesment of phisicochemical paramerters of sombo spring water in Jimma town, South-West Ethiopia
The study was carried out to find the status of Sombo spring water of Jimma town in respect to physico-chemical water quality parameters during 2015 and 2016 following standard methods of sampling and testing. For this study, samples were collected from two sample sites. The physico-chemical Parameters included turbidity, pH, EC, temperature, total dissolved solid, dissolved oxygen, Chloride, total alkalinity, Calcium and Magnesium were analyzed. The observed values of various physico-chemical parameters of the spring water samples were compared with standard values and the result showed that seven out of ten tested parameters were within the permissible limits. Turbidity of the Sombo water was above the permissible limit while pH and dissolved oxygen values were below permissible limit range recommended by WHO for drinking water. Thus, the sombo spring water could affect human health, since the nearby community using it for drinking purpose. Therefore, it is recommended to have a frequent monitoring of the physico-chemical parameters and need the attention of the concerned body to treat the water or find other alternative safe drinking water source.
