Teacher's attitude towards teamwork and its impact on their research output at university level
This study was designed to investigate the teachers’ attitude towards teamwork and its relationship with their research output at university level. It was focused on the teachers’ attitude towards teamwork and research output. Depending upon the nature of the problem descriptive survey design and correlation research design were used. A sample of the teachers at University level was surveyed through questionnaire. The first part of questionnaire was adapted from the research work of Kirkman & Shapiro in 2001 and Ulloa & Adam in 2004 and second part of this questionnaire was adapted from the research work of De Witte and Rogge in 2010. Total 304 male and female teachers were taken as sample of the study. Convenience sampling technique was carried out and the findings of this study indicate that there was a positive relationship among individualism, trust in co-worker, skill utilization, team personality, resistance towards teamwork, communication and coordination due to high level of trust, communication and coordination among the teachers in a teamwork but due to lack of trust and work avoidance attitude among them teachers show a negative correlation between teachers’ attitude towards teamwork and their research output.

Performance analysis of high resolution images using interpolation techniques in multimedia communication system
This paper presents various types of interpolation techniques to obtain a high quality image The difference between the proposed algorithm and conventional algorithms (in estimation of missing pixel value) is that if standard deviation of image is used to calculate pixel value rather than the value of near most neighbor, the image gives the better result .. The proposed method demonstrated higher performances in terms of PSNR and SSIM when compared to the conventional interpolation algorithms mentioned.

Adsorption behavior and corrosion inhibition potential of extract of Baissea axillaries at hydrochloric acid- aluminium interface
The adsorption and inhibition of Aluminium corrosion in 1.0 M HCl using different concentrations of extracts of Baissea axillaris was investigated at 303 and 323K using weight loss technique. Weight loss and corrosion rate increased with increase in temperature both for the free acid and inhibited solutions, with marked reluctance to increase in both observable in for the presence of the extracts, varying with the extract concentration. Inhibition efficiency increased with increase in the concentration of the extract. The maximum inhibition efficiency of 86.3% was obtained for 10 µg/L extract but decreased to 68.4 % on increasing the temperature from 303 K to 323 K. The adsorption was best described by the Temkin and Langmuir adsorption isotherm from where negative Gibbs free energy change was obtained indicating spontaneous adsorption while negative heat of adsorption was obtained indicating exothermicity. Activation Energy was deduced from the Arrhenius equation while thermodynamic approach yielded the heat of adsorption.

Performance and analysis of information securty in multimedia communication using chaos based scrambling method
In Wireless networks, the security of data and information has important role in digital communication and multimedia communication. Different types of encryption algorithms have an important role to provide the security to the wireless networks. Cryptography basically used for the data confidentiality and privacy by making indiscernible. Hence the original data cannot be interrupted by the unauthenticated user. The encryption techniques and different types of useful algorithms are used to provide the more security to the applications. In this paper the well- known method chaotic algorithm is used. Chaotic algorithm is used in real time secure image transmission systems. This algorithm is very popular method used in Research for encryption and decryption process. The combination of chaotic theory and cryptography has very important role in Information Security. In this communication, a new image encryption algorithm based on chaotic map is proposed for gray scale 2D image. In this proposed algorithm, the plain or original image is taken which has MXN dimension. Then Redistribute the pixel pair wise by deciding.

Effect of women leadership in the organization of technical and vocational education
In a globalized world, leaders are no longer selected on the basis of gender, but based on the abilities and qualifications in managing an organization. So, the women chose to be the head of the organization. Unfortunately, they labelled as weak, emotional, rigid and do not have confidence in the management of affairs. The objective of this study was to identify the patterns of women's leadership in the organization of technical and vocational education and motivation and relationship management organization subordinate to the leadership style of women in Technical and Vocational Education organization.

Translation and contrastive analysis of English and Persian proper nouns
A Proper nouns also called proper names are names and denote unique entities. A proper noun is the special word that refers to a person, place or object such as John, London, Aspirin or Sony. A proper noun is the opposite of a common noun. A proper noun is capitalize in English and most other languages that use the Latin alphabet; this is an easy way to recognize them. Regarding the translation of proper nouns, it can not be stated that proper nouns are untranslatable. Some proper nouns should be translated, but some others should not or they should be transferred and still several others should be explained in parentheses or footnote. For example, fictitious proper names often have connotations, either literal meaning or implicature, so they should be translated. If the culture and nationality are as important as the connotation and context of names or they are more important, they should not be translated or they should be explained in the parentheses or footnote. Therefore, proper nouns belong to the realm of sociolinguistics and pragmatics, and if the proper nouns of English and Persian compared and contrasted, it can be said that they are studied under the domain of Contrastive Analysis which is a subdisipline of linguistics that brings two or more language system or subsystem together.

On the relationship between l2 advanced learners’ pragmatic competence and their emotional intelligence
This study strived to show the possible relationship among L2 advanced learners’ pragmatic competence and their emotional intelligence. A total of 80 (32 males and 48 females) advanced M.A. TEFL at two Iran’s universities participated. Two tests of Bar-On EQ-i and Liu’s pragmatic test were administered among the participants. Then, the Pearson product-moment correlation was run. The findings revealed three medium positive correlations (between the participants’ pragmatic competence and their intrapersonal/ interpersonal/ emotional intelligence) and two small positive correlations (between the participants’ pragmatic competence and adaptability/ stress management intelligence). The overall findings may be revealing to L2 pedagogy on the role of pragmatics and emotional intelligence in the L2 learning development.

Peroral administration of peptides and proteins
In recent studies, parental product remains the most crucial means for administering of the therapeutic agent with proteins and peptide due to its poor bioavailability. Therapeutic proteins are becoming more important in an ever-increasing part of the healthcare system. The structural and therapeutic property of these molecules makes them more dependable on drug delivery technology so that they can achieve their maximum effectiveness. However, formulating proteins such that they maintain their stability and that they are delivered within their efficacious and safe target doses remains a challenge. The protein delivery systems reviewed in this article have been divided in to three groups, the oral, intestinal and colonic deliver
