CDK6 expression in dentigerous cyst, odontogenic keratocyst and ameloblastoma
To investigate the expression of CDK6 in odontogenic lesions. In this study 77 odontogenic lesions consist of 19 unicystic ameloblastoma (UA), 18 solid ameloblastoma (SA), 20 odontogenic keratocysts (OKC), and 20 dentigerous cysts were reviewed by immunohistochemistry (IHC) for CDK6 staining. Frequency of positive cytoplasmic CDK6 expression in ameloblastoma (solid and unicystic) and DCs, were recorded as, 100% and 15% respectively which show a statistically significant different (p=0.000). Positive nuclear CDK6 in SAs and UAs was 100% and 94.7% respectively which was significantly higher than DCs and OKCs (p=0.000). Mean percentage of both cytoplasmic (72.71 ± 10.0) and nuclear (45.0 ± 10.7) CDK6 staining in SAs was significantly higher than other lesions (p=0.000). Our study demonstrated that overexpression of the nuclear CDK6 and dysregulation of the PRb pathway play a role in the oncogenesis of ameloblastoma but not DCs and OKCs and might be one of the reasons for aggressive behavior of ameloblastoma.

Nutraceuticals in Leaves of Eucalyptus Citriodora and Eucalyptus Camandulensis
Two essential oils bearing plants (Eucalyptus camadulensis and Eucalyptus citriodora leaves) were investigated for their nutraceutical properties. Results showed the percentage proximate composition of E.citriodora and E. camadulensis as ; moisture (4.32 and 4.11), ash (2.26 and 4.15), crude fibre (16.74 and 16.55), crude fat (3.87 and 3.96), crude protein (5.26 and 7.13), and carbohydrate (84.29 and 80.64), respectively while the level of the mineral elements are; potassium (1.42 % and 1.53 %), calcium (2.72 % and 2.5 %), manganese (0.24 ppm and 0.26 ppm), iron (0.81 ppm and 0.42 ppm) and copper (0.03 ppm and 0.034 ppm). Nickel and Zinc were not detected in E.citriodora but present in E.camadulensis (0.003 ppm, 0.05 ppm) respectively. The samples fixed oils were analyzed for fatty acid concentration by gas chromatography. The percentage saturation, monounsaturation and polyunsaturation of E. citriodora are; 40.85, 37.79, 21.36 while that of E.camadulensis are; 41.83, 36.35, 21.20 respectively. The fatty acid composition of the two species contains a healthy mixture of all the types of fatty acids.

Hypoglycemic activity of Flavonoids and alkaloids extracted from Aloe vera in two districts of Rajasthan: A comparative study
Indian medicinal plants used in the Ayurveda traditional system to treat diabetes are a valuable source of novel anti diabetic agents. Alpha amylase inhibitors offer an effective strategy to lower the level of postprandial hyperglycemia via control of starch breakdown. Aloe vera has been considered as hypoglycemic agent. In the study, we compared the alpha amylase inhibitory activity of flavonoids and alkaloids extracted from Aloe vera leaves in two districts of Rajasthan- Jaipur and Bharatpur which sears approximately similar climatic conditions. Alpha amylase inhibitory activities were evaluated by both qualitative and quantitative assays. Results showed that Flavonoids have very high anti diabetic potential in both districts than alkaloid extracts. IC50 value of flavonoids in Bharatpur district is the lowest value i.e. 0.003 mg/ml while it is the highest value of alkaloids in Bharatpur district. In both districts results showed few variations due to climatic and some other effects.

Gamma-Ray attenuation method for void fraction measurement in Liquid-Liquid flow
Void fraction measurements are made by the gamma radiation method in crude oil-water two phase flow. To measure the void fraction, the required gamma-ray source and the strength of the source is experimentally found for oil-water two phase flow using Cs137.This is achieved by the empty small plastic tubes were used for simulating the void fraction through the mixture. The obtained results show that, the void fraction value increase with the source count rate by the NaI (Tl) counter.

Degree of imprortance of interaction between parents of students and teachers
The practice of interaction between parents and teachers is considered of utmost significance. No doubt, the present environment in the educational institutions of higher learning may not seem fit for such interaction. Significance of quality attributes in teaching fraternity as viewed by students
A single factor that enables the teachers to discharge their responsibilities is commitment. This commitment is towards their profession, excellence, students, society and basic human values. Diversity of butterfly fauna (rhopalocera: lepidoptera) from yelagiri hills Tamilnadu, India
The study was conducted during January 2012 to December 2012. The butterflies were collected from different altitudes of Yelagiri hills. Seventy three species of butterflies from fourty six genera in five families were documented. Observations were made on the basis of different seasonal occurrence. We have also documented the rare butterflies in the study area which acknowledges the value of this region for conservation.

Bayesian Analysis for Epidemiological Study of Child Mortality on the District Level of Uttar Pradesh
In this study an attempt has been made to describe the analysis of epidemiological study by Bayesian methods and apply this methodology to district level child mortality of Uttar Pradesh to assign rank to each district for rural and urban separately. The specific objectives of this study are to analysis of epidemiological study by use of fixed effect modeling and random effect modeling in Bayesian setup. To assign rank to each district by this suggest applying strategies to reduce child mortality in those district for those ranks are poor in Uttar Pradesh. The modified retrospective cohort study design used here. For fixed effect modeling beta-binomial modeling approach is used and for random effect modeling logit link function is used. The posterior estimates came in both cases under squared error loss function.

Phytochemical investigation and study on corrosion inhibition properties of Pongamia pinnata (L.) pierre leaf extract
Plant extracts are excessively used as corrosion inhibitors. Plant extracts contain a variety of organic compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, cellulose and polycyclic compounds. The compounds with hetero atoms-N, O, S, P coordinate with (corroding) metal atom or ion consequently forming a protective layer on the metal surface, that prevents corrosion. These serve as cheaper, readily available, renewable and environmentally benign alternatives to costly and hazardous corrosion inhibitors .This study reports screening of phytoconstituents and also reports the influence of the addition of Pongamia pinnata (L.) Pierre leaves extract on the corrosion inhibition of mild steel in 2.0 M H2SO4 solution using the Mylius thermometric technique. Results of the study revealed that Pongamia pinnata (L.) Pierre. leaves act as corrosion inhibitor for mild steel in the acidic medium. The addition of 0.1 M potassium chloride, potassium bromide and potassium iodide to the inhibitor enhanced the inhibition efficiency. The order of reactivity of halide ions is of the order KI > KBr > KCl. The inhibition efficiency increased 58 % to 78 % at a concentration of 0.1 M KI and 5.0 % of inhibitor concentration. The values of adsorption of Pongamia pinnata (L.) Pierre leaves extract onto the mild steel surface show that the process is spontaneous.
