More Accurate Value Prediction using Neural methods
Data dependencies between instructions have traditionally limited the ability of processors to execute instructions in parallel. Data value predictors are used to overcome these dependencies by guessing the outcomes of instructions in a program. Because mispredictions can result in a significant performance decrease, most data value predictors include a confidence estimator that indicates whether a prediction should be used or not.Much research has been done recently in the area of data value prediction as a means of overcoming these data dependencies [7,8,9,10,11,17,18,20,21]. The goal of data value prediction is to guess the outcome of an instruction before the instruction is actually executed, allowing future instructions that depend on its outcome to be executed sooner. Data value predictors are usually designed to look for patterns among the data produced in repeated iterations of static instructions. Accurate prediction can be attained when the repeated outcomes of a particular instruction follow easily discernable patterns. This paper presents a global approach to confidence estimation in which the prediction accuracy of previous instructions is used to estimate the confidence of the current prediction. Data value prediction is done using perceptrons and Support Vector Machines are used to identify which past instructions affect the accuracy of a prediction and to decide based on their results whether the prediction is likely to be correct or not .

Analysis of Community Based Tourism in Latpanchar, Darjeeling (India)
Community based tourism is taking its place in the world as an alternative to traditional tourist destinations, especially in developing countries. This form of tourism allows for greater contact with the local community and for the tourist to experience new sensations while enabling the economic and social development of the geographic area. In this paper, the results of fieldwork carried out in the Latpanchar Village (Darjeeling District of West Bengal, India) is presented, assessing the opinion and perception tourists visiting this area have of both the quality of the services offered by community based tourism enterprises, as well as the potential of the tourism resources in the area. The main results of the investigation endorse the quality of services offered to tourists by local businesses and highlight the hospitality of the local community, a key element for the development of this kind of tourism, particularly in different villages of this district. Similarly, it highlights the tourist satisfaction with services received and the need to strengthen the training to tourism staff through aid. The originality of this research comes from analysis of the demand made on a concrete base for Latpanchar, a village which is producing a huge economic development through the community based tourism approach.

A comparative study of engineering colleges in India & abroad using six sigma metrics
The study has been done on the basis of questionnaire survey in the twenty-degree engineering colleges from West Bengal and foreign countries by random selection, ten colleges from each to measure the current or baseline performance level. The feedback for this questionnaire survey has been considered independently for service providers such as administrators, faculties, other supporting staff as well as students who receive these services and are direct customers. A total of 2168 persons have been surveyed from the 20 colleges. The baseline or current performance level of the colleges has been assessed based on the sigma level through quantification of the survey questionnaire consisting of eight enablers. Each enabler contains several questions or drivers. A seven-point scale has been designed for each driver ranging from “Unsatisfactory” to “Outstanding”.

Features of Informal Land Market in Peri-Urban Areas of Bauchi: A Study of Janruwa Settlement Bauchi State Nigeria
This paper examined some features of informal land market especially in the provision of services in Janruwa. The head of households served as the sample of the study. Simple random sampling technique was used in administering the questionnaires, while in analyzing the data obtained from the respondents descriptive statistics is employed. Most of the information gathered was from the residents of the study area. Informal interviews were also held with some staff of state Urban Development Board and Ministry of Lands and environment. It was found that, since the market operated outside any regulatory framework of the government, transactions in the markets were unrecorded; land purchases were exclusively funded through personal savings; plots were subdivided which were below official standards set for even the low density residential areas; proliferation of informal settlements and there are little or even non provision of basic services. A machinery for recording transaction in the market for the purpose of creating a cadastral data base for the area was recommended; activities of the informal land market should be regulated by government to check the dubious activities of land agents, formal lending institutions should be encouraged to fund the market, Bauchi State Urban Development Board should re-enforce planning and building regulations in Janruwa and Bauchi metropolis in general. Bauchi state government should also provide basic services in the study area.

Determination of Strength Properties of Chickpea Kernel in Relation to Splitting
Chickpea grain damage in various forms, in which splitting is more important than other aspects, because of quantitative losses. This paper investigates the mechanical strength of chickpea kernels in relation to splitting. In this relation, three varieties (Bivanij, ILC482 and Philip 93-93) of chickpea at three levels of moisture content (15.5, 20.8 and 25.6 % wet bases) and three loading orientations (Length, Width and Thickness of kernel) were tested under quasi-static uni-axial compression. Measured and calculated parameters were including rupture force, maximum strain and deformation, rupture energy, maximum normal contact stress and apparent modulus of elasticity. Moisture content had a considerable effect on all mechanical parameters. In addition, the results showed that values of chickpea strength properties were lowest when loaded in the length direction. The minimum values of modulus of elasticity and rupture energy were equal to 6.75 MPa and 43.28 mJ, respectively, at 26%(w.b.). According to statistical results, Philip 93-93 variety had the highest resistance to damage and splitting in comparison to two other varieties. Several linear and nonlinear models were developed for prediction of chickpea strength parameters that presented in the article.

Analysis of Test Case Prioritization in Regression Testing Using Genetic Algorithm
Testing is an accepted technique for improving the quality of developed software With the increase in size and complexity of modern software products, the importance of testing is rapidly growing. Regression testing plays a vital role for software maintenance when software is modified. The main purpose of regression testing is to ensure the bugs are fixed and the new functionality that are incorporated in a new version of a software do not unfavorably affect the correct functionality of the previous version. So to revalidate the modified software, regression testing is the right testing process. Though it is an expensive process which requires executing maintenance process frequently but it becomes necessary for subsequent version of test suites. To evaluate the quality of test cases which are used to test a program, testing requires execution of a program. In this paper we propose a new test case prioritization technique using genetic algorithm. The proposed technique separate the test case detected as severe by customer and among the rest test case prioritizes subsequences of the original test suite so that the new suite, which is run within a time-constrained execution environment, will have a superior rate of fault detection when compared to rates of randomly prioritized test suites. This experiment analyzes the genetic algorithm with regard to effectiveness and time overhead by utilizing structurally-based criterion to prioritize test cases.

Factors and roots of administrative corruption from Islam point of view
No one has born sinful. Unbalanced social and economical conditions cause corruption. Official corruption is one issue that has been a matter to humans during the history of mankind and today governments, nations and organizations are struggling with it. This destructive issue is the cause of wasting resources and creating problems in systems especially in governmental ones. It is also one reason that prevents countries from development. Some of this corruption is unwanted and nations have different view points toward this problem. Islam, the most complete religion, is basically against any corruption and emphasizes the importance of pureness and right doing. This emphasis has some clear and strict dimensions where it is related to people rights and mentions the necessity of divine limits and people rights. Islam has considers a great necessity for the government officials to be honest and reliable. In the present study it has been tried to recognize the roots of corruption from Islamic point of view and consider ways in order to prevent this corruption from being widespread
