Double Whammy for the Middle Class
The main thrust of the paper could be brought down to the thesis that the concept of middle class is an oxymoron. This is the case because there is a contradiction between the associations pertaining to the adjective part of the term in question and those pertinent to its noun part. "The middle" is a hierarchical term, which fits social stratification rather than class, as class relations generally have a more complex character. The said confusion matters because of some important weaknesses of stratification approaches.

Financial Development And Business Cycles Volatility: Empirical Evidence From Newly Industrialized Countries
The paper examines firstly a theoretical framework of the relationship between financial development and economic cycles’ volatility; and secondly it analyses empirically this relationship in ten newly industrialized countries by estimating a dynamic panel over the period 1988-2013. It tries to check the specific effect of some crucial macroeconomic financial variables on the stability of economic cycles as a decisive component of economic growth. The empirical results suggest that there is not enough evidence concerning the long-run relationship between financial development and its contribution in smoothing economic cycles or even avoiding economic downturns episodes. By contrast, according to the co-integration and unit root tests results in the in-sample countries, a long-run relationship can exists for a few selected countries. Furthermore, it can be assumed that because of the cross-sectional dependence, the hypothesis of no co-integration between financial development and economic cycles’ volatility is rejected for the whole panel, although it must be accepted for some countries.

High surface area anthracene-based microporous polymer bridged by imide links for H2 storage
ABSTRACT A series of anthracene-based microporous polymers (AMPs) bridged by imide links were successfully prepared by conventional nucleophilic substitution reaction between several 9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracenes and cheaper 2,3,5,6-tetrachlorophalonitrile (instead of fluoro-monomer)1. AMPs display a BET surface area in the range of 811-988 m2 g–1, and reversibly adsorb 1.59 wt. % H2 at 1.09 bar/77 K. The enhanced microporosity, in comparison to other organic microporous polymers prepared from (5,5’,6,6’-tetrahydroxy-3,3,3’,3’-tetramethylspirobisindane)2 originates from the macromolecular shape of framework, as dictated by the anthracene units, which helps to reduce intermolecular contact between the extended planar struts of the rigid framework. The impressive hydrogen adsorption capture of these materials verified by Horvath?Kawazoe (HK) and NLDFT analyses of low-pressure nitrogen adsorption data.

Design and Fabrication of Friction Stir Welding Fixture with a New Approach
Friction stir welding is a relatively new solid-state joining technique which is widely adopted in different industry fields to join different metallic alloys that are hard to weld by conventional Fusion welding. FSW welding of material ( like aluminium stainless steel copper etc.) with good weld quality it is essential to manufacture specified fixture having accurate clamping capacity, heat resistance, compressive strength of base plate, flexibility in the welded plate dimension and easy to operate before and after FSW process. In this paper everything is calculated properly with complete design criteria to fulfill above mentions requirement

Inhibitive effect of new class of Pyrazole derivatives for the control of corrosion of copper-nickel alloy in marine environment
The corrosion behavior of copper-nickel alloy in the presence of two organic inhibitors that belong to the pyrazole derivatives namely 1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)methylamine and 1,3-Dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)acetic acid has been investigated in natural sea water. Weight-loss measurements, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were applied to analyze the effect of the organic compounds on the corrosion inhibition of copper-nickel alloy. Polarization studies showed that these inhibitors were found to act as mixed type for alloy in chloride solution. It suppresses the cathodic and anodic reactions rates and it renders the open circuit potential to more noble directions. Measurements of values of charge transfer resistance (Rct) and the double layer capacity (Cdl) have been carried out. Accelerated leaching studies revealed that the inhibitors control the dissolution of copper and nickel in the alloy.

The Role of FDI and HCD in Indian Economic Growth
Human Capital Development (HCD) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) are the key drivers of economic growth in India. Despite HCD and FDI separately affect economic growth, but they also strengthen each other through complementary effects. This study tries to find out whether HCD has significant effect on FDI as an important factor of Indian economic growth. In this study researcher used Eviews 8, IBM SPSS 21 and Microsoft Excel for analyzing data. Also the Linear Regression by Ordinary Least Squared Method for best estimation model and Cronbach’s Alpha for Testing Questionnaire Reliability are used. The results show that, Human capital development has significant effect on foreign direct investment in Indian economic growth.

Impact of Soil Mulches and Garlic Extract Spraying on Growth of Cucumber Cucumis sativus L. Grown in Plastic Houses at Najaf Desert
ABSTRACT The experiment was conducted during the growth season of 2013- 2014 autumn and spring at the desert of Najaf Governorate of plant cucumbers Toshika. The aim was to study the effect of soil mulches and garlic extract spray on the growth of cucumbers grown in a greenhouse. The experiment included 16 treatment interaction between soil mulches such as (without mulches , black polyethylene, transparent polyethylene and rice residues) and garlic extract spray at different rates (0.0 , 2.5 , 5.0, and 7.5 ml. L-1) on vegetative growth plants were sprayed. Then spray was adopted at two weeks internals that means two times plant were sprayed during the growing season. Design of the study was split Plot Design within Randomized Complete Block Design with three replicate. The means were compared at the probability of 0.05 by least Significant Differences (LSD). Results showed as follow. Plants grown under black polyethylene were higher in most vegetative growth Characteristics (leaves number , leaf dry matter percentage and leaf contents of nitrogen) which is Produced the highest values of the vegetative growth characteristics season as compared with control treatment (spray with distilled water only). Interaction effects between soil mulches and garlic extract spray were significant on studying vegetative growth characteristics for the two seasons. The interaction of black polyethylene with 5 ml.L-1 gave the highest means of vegetative growth as compared with the interaction of control that gave the least means for the above studied characteristics of the first and second season.

Design & Analysis of a Experimental 4 Channel Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
The ever fast growing information technology is enabling a re-definition of the early stages of aircraft design which has been restricted to mostly statistical and empirical approaches because of lengthy and costly simulation times .The paper basically deals with designing a UAV by considering various parameters such as aspect ratio, taper ratio, power loading etc. During design, electronic components are to be considered and number of channels to be used is taken into account. Based on the above parameters a rough sketch of our aircraft is designed, later detailed calculations for each part of the aircraft is done keeping in mind of our objectives. In basic analysis, the main focus is on how various parameters such as lift, drag, co-efficient of lift v/s angle of attack etc behave on the wing. The basic analysis is performed using design foil software, analysis is done in order to check the theoretical calculated value matches with the nearest value obtained in the software and also to place the wing at desired angle of attack for the aircraft to achieve stable flight, it is also corrected for errors if any. Finally our own prototype manufactured is displayed & tested practically.

Analysis of Batch Arrival Retrial G-Queue with Multi-Types of Heterogeneous Service, Feedback, Randomized J Vacations and Orbital Search
This paper is concerned with the analysis of a single server batch arrival retrial G-queue with feedback, multi-types of service and orbital search under a randomized vacation policy. Positive customers arrive in batches according to Poisson processes. Server provides M types of heterogeneous service. If the server is idle upon the arrival of a batch, one of the customers in the batch receives any one of the types immediately and others join the orbit. Otherwise, all the customers in the batch join the orbit. After completion of service, the unsatisfied customer joins the orbit as a feedback customer. A breakdown at the busy server is represented by the arrival of a negative customer which causes the customer being in service to be lost. The repair of the failed server starts immediately. Whenever the orbit becomes empty the server takes a vacation of random length. At a vacation completion epoch, if the system is still empty, the server leaves for another vacation of same length or remains idle in the system. This pattern continues until the server finds at least one customer in the orbit or the number of vacations reaches J. At the end of Jth vacation, even if the orbit is empty the server remains in the system for new arrival. If the orbit is non-empty during the idle period, the server may search customers from the orbit. Using supplementary variable technique, various performance measures are derived. Stochastic decomposition property is established.
