Performance analysis of contrast enhancement using various statistical operations and neighborhood processing
Histogram Equalization is a simple and effective contrast enhancement technique. In spite of its popularity Histogram Equalization still have some limitations –produces artifacts, unnatural images and the local details are not considered, therefore due to these limitations many other Equalization techniques have been derived from it with some up gradation. In this proposed method statistics play an important role in image processing, where statistical operations is applied to the image to get the desired result such as manipulation of brightness and contrast. Thus, a novel algorithm using statistical operations and neighborhood processing has been proposed in this paper where the algorithm has proven to be effective in contrast enhancement based on the theory and experiment.

Object recognition in clutter image using putative feature point matching algorithm
The goal of this project is to automatically detect and recognize some objects in an image by using a multi-agents architecture. A knowledge database is thus necessary and should contain an invariant description of known objects for the desired application. Point matching is an important aim in the research work. A digital image may undergo any arbitrary translational, rotational changes because of which the object shape may change. In this paper we present a novel approach for shape and feature matching using putative point matching.

Data Salvation in Wireless Sensor Networks Using Mesh Topology
Security has become one of the major issues for data communication over Wired and Wireless sensor networks. Consider wireless sensor networks while transferring the data it can be attacked by different kinds of attacks such as compromised node, denial of service attacks. We agree that existing multi-path routing approaches are vulnerable to such attacks, mainly due to their deterministic nature. By considering the routing algorithm, it can compute the same routes known to the source, therefore all information sent over these routes. To secure the data from these attacks we can generate randomized multipath routes. These routes are taken by the shares of different packets change over time. While sending the data the randomized multi path routes include the same routes. In this paper, instead of selecting self-nodes we generate dynamic multi path routing in which the shares of different packets are taken and send to the destination. We develop efficient topology for delivery the data in secure manner. The experimental results show that topology out performs traditional schemes in terms of CPU cost, minimization of retransmissions.

Waves of microfinance and its influence on economic growth of Pakistan
Relationship between microfinance and economic growth has been a major concern for the policymakers of developing countries and focal point of economists to eradicate poverty, empower poor people and produce employment opportunities. This research applies OLS method to trace the impact of microfinance on economic growth in Pakistan.Variables of the study are active borrowers, active savers, active insured persons, borrowing, saving and insurance amount from microfinance institutions. Active borrowers and borrowing amount have highly significant positive relationship with economic growth of Pakistan. Active savers and saving amount have highly significant negative relationship with economic growth whereas insurance policyholders and insurance amount have no relationship. Government should not only increase outreach of microfinance but also devises a mechanism, which cannot only channelize the funds efficientlybut also avoid non-performing loans. Government should also provide some tax rebate or concession to microfinance and microcredit agencies so that maximum amount can be channelized towards economyin order to get long-run results.

Intelligent self adaptive routing mechanism for AODV against black hole attack in manet
Ad Hoc Network provides quick communication among knob to convey the packets from one knob to other. These networks are independent of any fixed infrastructure or central entity like cellular networks [10] which requires fixed infrastructure to operate. Any malicious knob in the network can disturb the whole process or can even stop it. Several attacks like Replay attack, black hole, wormhole, rushing etc [13], in which legitimate knob behaves like malicious knob and disturbed whole the network. To define and detect the malicious behavior of a knob, it becomes obligatory to define the regular and malicious behavior of a knob. Whenever a knob exhibits a malicious behavior under any attack, it assures the breach of security principles like availability, integrity, confidentiality etc [13].

Study of the relationship between human capital, productivity and market value in the manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Iran
The current form of human capital on economic ideas remained unknown, because been place has been considered for human capital in three-factor divisions of production factors. Such a division created a vacuum in the division of production factors of the tools necessary for suitable economic analysis, productivity and market value. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the relationship between human capital, productivity and market value in productive companies. For this reason, a number of 100 companies were selected through screening method during 2004-2011and then were tested through multiple regressions. Research hypotheses were divided into two branches in that components of human capital (wages and benefits, direct cost of laborers, indirect cost of laborers, administrative costs and staff sales) were examined in the productivity and market value. Results of research showed that there is a significant positive relationship between human capital and labor force productivity, but no relationship was observed between human capital and market value. Also, there was a significant positive relationship between components of human capital and indirect cost of laborers and labor force productivity. Moreover, there is a significant positive relationship between components of human capital and market value with wages and benefits.

On the theory and applications of Hardy and Bergman spaces
We study composition operators between higher order weighted Bergman spaces. Certain growth conditions for generalized Nevanlinna counting functions of the inducing map are shown to be necessary and sufficient for such operators to be bounded or compact. Under a mind condition we show that a composition operators Cj is compact on the higher order weighted Bergman spaces and Hardy spaces of the open unit ball in n C if and only.

Design characterization of rectangular microstrip patch antenna for Wi-Fi application
The main aim of the paper is to design and simulate an inset fed rectangular microstrip patch antenna and study the effect of antenna dimension Length (L), Width (W), substrate parameter relative dielectric constant ( ) substrate thickness (h) and radiation parameters. The result is performed by thickness of 1.57mm of substrate and Rogers RT/duroid 5880 (tm) with dielectric constant of 2.2, S- band frequency 2.4GHz have observed the better result. In the recent years the development in communication systems requires the development of low cost, minimal weight, low profile antennas that are capable of maintaining high performance over a wide spectrum of frequency. This technological trend has focused much effort into the design of a Microstrip patch antenna. The proposed antenna design on different resonant frequencies and analyze the result of all operating frequency between 1GHz to 10GHz, when the proposed antenna designs 2.4GHz operating frequency. At 2.4GHz the verified and tested result has done in Ansoft HFSS version 11.It has observed the Return loss = -30.8 dB, VSWR =1.05 and directivity = 6.732 dB in this paper. An omnidirectional radiation pattern and stable gain are observed.
