4-hydroxy Coumarin: a possible ?-radiation dosimeter
The synthesized 4-hydroxy Coumarin was investigated for the purpose of developing a new chemical ?-radiation dosimeter. The compound was exposed to 60Co ?-radiation source at room temperature. The compound dosimeter exhibited good sensitivity to ?-radiation of dose less than 30 Gy and a fairly good linearity of response in dose range 0-25Gy. The present compound may be used as sensitive, and as well as cost-effective dosimeter in 0-25Gy ?-radiation environment.

A New Approach for Solving N-Queens Problem with Combination of PMX and OX Crossover Operators
The optimization of the complicated computational problems using algorithms based on population is increased, considerably. In this paper, we use Genetic Algorithm (GA) with a new structure to optimize the optimal solutions to solve N-Queens which is one of the combinatorial optimization problems. For increase the efficiency of GA and prevent from premature convergence, it is used crossover operator. So, to keep the primary population and optimal solution in each generation, it is selected the most fitness population. By performing operations, it is created chromosomes with less conflict. In this case, not only we prevent premature convergence, but also keep the population variety in a balanced scale. In this way, not only we prevent from premature convergence, but also keep the variety of population in balanced way. So, more parts of search space will be explored. The experiment results showed that GA has high efficiency to find optimal solution by combining crossover operators.

A novel method for efficient face recognition based on illumination invariant elastic bunch graph matching
Making recognition more reliable under uncontrolled lighting conditions is one of the most important challenges for practical face recognition systems This paper proposes a system which can handle illumination problem of face recognition systems by using “Retinex and color constancy” algorithm. The Retinex and color constancy approach has been plugged with Elastic Bunch Graph Matching (EBGM). The proposed system has been tested on FERET database having more than 1000 face images. The experimental results demonstrate that performance of the proposed system is superior to the known systems with the increase in accuracy.

A parametric study on the flexural behaviour of high performance concrete beams by industrial by-products
The use of industrial by-products in concrete is becoming more popular for producing high performance concrete. Industrial by-products act as pozzolanic reaction and hydration reaction as well as micro fillers in concrete. Industrial by-products such as silica fume, bottom ash and steel slag aggregate are introduced to enhance the overall performance of concrete. Their use in high performance concrete (HPC) enhances its properties of strength and durability. The scope of the present study is to investigate the effect of industrial by-products of silica fume, bottom ash and steel slag aggregate replaced by cement, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate respectively towards the functioning performance of HPC. An effort has been made to focus on the influence of industrial by-products on strength properties and load carrying capacities of RC beams. The need for the present study arises from the requirements to improve the overall utilization of combination of industrial by-products in correct proportions in concrete particularly in aggressive environment depending upon the requirements. The effect of those industrial by-products towards the enhancement of the strength and durability of HPC needs to be researched.

A rare cause of stiff neck: Muscle lymphoma-Case Report and Review of Literature
Muscle lymphoma is a very rare disorder, comprising only a very small subset of lymphoma cases. It can develop either as primary extranodal intramuscular lymphoma or as intramuscular manifestation of disseminated disease. There are characteristic imaging features which, if recognized, can prevent delay in diagnosis and treatment, particularly when not suspected clinically. We herein present a rare case of primary muscle non Hodgkin lymphoma with a description if the associated clinicopathological findings and a review of the relevant literature.

A review on software project reliability estimation
Despite the increased importance of the role that reliability plays in commercial product development, most companies are still unable to produce reliable software. The mission of organizations is to provide innovative products at a competitive price to fulfill the needs of very high expectations highly reliable software products for its customers and to do so ahead of its competitors. This requires focus on customer’s satisfaction and software reliability to ensure that desired factor is built into the software product and enable reliable software to be produced. By optimizing best practices for defect removal, organizations can produce high reliability software. In this paper we focus on some research efforts directed at gaining a deeper understanding of the reliability estimation using different algorithms, approaches, simulation methods for software.

A Sparsity-Independent Greedy Compressive Sensing algorithm for Cognitive Radio: A subjective approach
This paper presents a Compressive Sensing (CS) greedy iterative algorithm, based on OMP: Sparsity-Independent-OMP (SI-OMP), for varying sparsity spectral conditions. As CS is one of the most essential techniques used by a Cognitive Radio (CR) for efficient usage of spectrum, it is required to be optimally simple, and, still, swift in working. The complexity here refers to the Number of computations a CR is required to make while using such algorithms and, this also, will in turn affect the effective requirement of hardware and power consumption. The proposed algorithm introduces negligible additional complexity, but enables a significant performance improvement in the reconstruction accuracy for arbitrarily varying spectral conditions. The spectrum here is a function of time and frequency both, exhibiting varying sparsity in both the domains.

Adenocarcinoma of the anal canal:A rare case report
Anal canal cancer represents only 1-2% of colorectal cancers. Adenocarcinoma is a rare histological type of anal cancer .The distinction between anal and rectal adenocarcinomas determines the therapeutic indication. Analysis of all morphological, immuno phenotypic and clinical criteria makes it possible to determine the anal or rectal origin of the tumor. Imaging is important for the diagnosis. It gives a precise analysis of the tumor extension to guide therapeutic management. Pelvic MRI allows loco-regional extension and evaluates loco-regional lymph node involvement. The treatment is based on the radio chemotherapy combination.
