Stability analysis of an Seirc epidemic model for an infectious disease
In this paper, we consider a deterministic mathematical model for the transmission dynamics of an infectious disease in a community. Although, the equilibria of the model could not be expressed analytically, their existence and the threshold conditions for their stability are theoretically and numerically investigated. We analyzed the stability of the model using the linearization techniques via the Jacobian matrix approach and the Routh-Hurwitz stability criteria to determine the equilibria for the model. The basic reproductive number of the model was determined using the next generation matrix operator. Their numerical results were shown in graphical forms using some hypothetical values for the parameters used in the model. It was shown graphically that the mathematical model produced asymptotically stable population when the parameter values are perturbed to a certain degree.

This paper advances research on strategic entrepreneurship and small firm competitiveness from the Resource-Based perspective. Several scholars have explained the Resource-Based View mainly in the context of the large firms. The paper considers a review of literatures on strategic entrepreneurship and the Resource-Based View and contends small firms lack resources compared with the large ones, however, their “opportunity-seeking” activities is a rare resource. It is opined an understanding of the interactions of these concepts, that is, the simultaneous pursuit of “opportunity- and advantage-seeking” positions is critical for small firms that operate in dynamic competitive environments to create and sustain competitive advantages.

Strategic Prudence in Workforce Management in International Airline Alliance Ground Staff Operations
In the contemporary settings of 2020 and after, international airlines' alliance ground staff operations environment, a possible deficit in the formulation and implementation of effective strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce has the potential to affect an organization dearly and adversely. From exhaustive review and analysis, some U.S.-based international airline alliance leaders appear concerned with the challenges faced to ensure an inclusive and diverse workforce, as it has deleterious potential to negatively affect corporate sustainability and profitability. Grounded in the transformational leadership theory, the purpose of this single case study was to explore strategies U.S.-based international airline alliance leaders in ground staff operations use to successfully manage a diverse workforce to ensure organizational sustainability and profitability. Data were collected using semistructured interviews in computer-mediated conferencing format with five airline alliance leaders located in the state of Georgia, who held at least 2 years of successful experience in implementing strategies to manage a diverse workforce. Content and thematic analytical approaches served to analyze the data, leading to the emergence of a major theme of the importance of diversity and inclusion. From extensive research and the subsequent analysis of the data, a key recommendation is for airline alliance leaders to align diversity, equity, and inclusion policies with corporate human resources strategy. The expectations of contributing to positive social change are assured in employment, and the context of this study is possible if airline alliance business leaders display the management qualities in fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, where the employee has opportunities to realize their potential within the enterprise.

Studies on Morphometric Evaluation of Symbiotic Cyanobiont in two Species of Azolla Fern
Azolla is very known biofertilizer for rice cultivation it can enrich soil N2 content and for the soil fertility. In view of this, an invitro study was carried out on morphometric studies on Anabaena azollae present in two species of Azolla fern (A.microphylla, and A. fulicolides). The selected Azolla species were grown in standard medium prepared with garden soil, cow dung, super phosphate and its combinations in separate containers. The matured Azolla cultures were observed for its growth profile viz. number of leaflets per plant and fresh & dry weight of whole plant on 15d and 21d. Followed by, the morphometric study on symbiotic cyanobacteria present in the leaf cavities of two species of Azolla was determined through observing average number of cyanobaterial filament in the leaf cavity of azolla, length of each cyanobacterial filament, number of vegetative cells and number & position of heterocyst in each cyanobacterial filament.

Study of long-chain n-6 and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and other lipids in brains of bull and hen
Lipid composition of the brain oils of bull and hen found in Nigeria was determined by gas chromatography. SFA level ranged from 6.11 to 6.54 % of total fatty acids. MUFA was close to each other in the samples and composed the third largest fraction of 8.89 to 9.86 %. The n-6 PUFA constituted the second largest group of 35.4 to 39.0 % whereas the n-3 PUFA of 46.0 to 48.1 % formed the largest group. Most concentrated SFA was lignoceric acid, highest MUFA was erucic acid, highest n-6 was arachidonic acid whilst docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) was the highest n-3 PUFA. Cholesterol was the only sterol detected, 589 to 874 mg/100 g. The highest phospholipid was phosphatidylcholine having a range of 29.1 (60.4 %) to 20.2 (59.6 %) mg/100 g. 100 g bull brain would provide 8.56 g of DHA, 100 g hen brain would provide 9.47 g of DHA.

Study of optical and structural properties of chemical bath deposited CDS thin films
Cadmium Sulphide (CdS) thin films of different thickness are prepared by the chemical bath deposition technique on well cleaned glass substrates at various temperatures. The thicknesses of the deposited films have been determined by gravimetry. The structural characterization is carried out by X-ray diffraction. The study confirms the polycrystalline nature of films with hexagonal structure. The structural parameters such as grain size, dislocation density, strain and lattice parameters have been evaluated. The composition of various constituents in CdS films have been determined by energy dispersive X-ray analysis. The optical properties like optical transmittance, band gap and refractive index has been studied in detail for the CdS films of various thicknesses which would be a promising material for the photo-voltaic applications. This paper deals with structural and optical properties of chemically deposited CdS films at the temperatures 600 C and 700 C with the composition of CdCl2 in aqueous solution 0.2 gm and 0.3 gm.

Study on incremental replacement of natural sand with manufactured sand
Concrete is the most extensively used construction material. Despite the rising cost of production, the demand for concrete is increasing. The negative consequences of the increasing demand for concrete include depletion of aggregate deposits, environmental degradation and ecological imbalance. Recently river sand mining was banned. To this effect, the work is carried out to study the prospects of the uses of manufactured sand (M-sand) in our country. In this present experimental investigation M20 and M25 concrete is used as control mix with M-sand in various percentages. Strength of M-sand concrete is compared with normal concrete. The results show that the significant improvement in the strength of the M-sand concrete.

Study the Effect of Add Secondary Water Pump to Air Cooler Type BF3 on the Efficiency of Air
An experiment was conducted in August 2011 using air cooler type BF3 size 2500 m3/ h have motor works with two speeds. Researcher add another water pump to work with the first water pump in order to increase the amount of water drop over pads. Water consumption (liters / hour), the internal temperature°C, external temperature°C ,the temperature of the cooling water in the bottom of the cooler°C, electrical consumption (A), and cooling efficiency were studied in this experiment. The result showed that add another water pump has highly significant effect on cooling efficiency (F1, 19 =15.98, p value = 0.0018). Furthermore, add another water pump has highly significant effect on inside temperature (19, 1=58.37, P value < 0.0001) which improve the performance of air cooler. In addition, there was a highly significant effect on water consumptions (19, 1= 26.16, P value =0.0003), which is normally add another water pump mean more water will consume that because allow to the pad to become more saturation as well as don’t left any dry spot in the pad. The only sources of the air that inter to the building will be through the wet pad, and any dry spot in the pad will allow to the hot air to pass through it that will add more heat to building. Just the time play an important role on water temperate there was highly significant effect (19, 4= 50.25, P value = <.0001), because temperature afternoon is higher than in the morning or at night that will causes increase water temperature of the air cooler.

Synthesis and characterization of L-amino acid doped 2-aminopyridine co-crystals using Powder XRD, FTIR and UV-Vis spectrum.
The FTIR spectrum shows that the carbonyl group of L-Leucine, L-Glutamic acid and L-Tyrosine interact with 2-aminopydine through N—H?O hydrogen bonding. 2-aminopyridine protonated and L-amino acids deprotonated during the reaction, resulting in the formation of 2-aminopyridiniumleucinate, bis2-aminopyridinium glutamate and 2-aminopyridiniumtyrosinate co-crystals. The UV-Vis spectrum shows that the molecules are closely packed and undergoes n??^* transition in all these three co-crystal and the cut off wavelength value indicate that bis2-aminopyridinium glutamate and 2-aminopyridiniumtyrosinate co-crystals have Non-linear optical property compared to 2-aminopyridiniumleucinate crystals. The cell parameter calculated from powder XRD pattern.

Teacher's attitude towards teamwork and its impact on their research output at university level
This study was designed to investigate the teachers’ attitude towards teamwork and its relationship with their research output at university level. It was focused on the teachers’ attitude towards teamwork and research output. Depending upon the nature of the problem descriptive survey design and correlation research design were used. A sample of the teachers at University level was surveyed through questionnaire. The first part of questionnaire was adapted from the research work of Kirkman & Shapiro in 2001 and Ulloa & Adam in 2004 and second part of this questionnaire was adapted from the research work of De Witte and Rogge in 2010. Total 304 male and female teachers were taken as sample of the study. Convenience sampling technique was carried out and the findings of this study indicate that there was a positive relationship among individualism, trust in co-worker, skill utilization, team personality, resistance towards teamwork, communication and coordination due to high level of trust, communication and coordination among the teachers in a teamwork but due to lack of trust and work avoidance attitude among them teachers show a negative correlation between teachers’ attitude towards teamwork and their research output.
