The Installation of Equipments Influences The Process of Learning And Teaching At The Pagoh IKTBN
One management which does not possess a systematic or a fully completed system will cause the installation of a laboratory or workshop to not to operate smoothly. The venue selected to undergo this research was at the Institut Kemahiran Tinggi Belia Negara (IKTBN) ( ‘National Youth Advance Skill Institute’). Among the issues faced is in regards to the duration of time taken in handling the tender process which at times consumed a too long duration. Besides that, the supervision during the period of installation or maintenance is vital to ensure that the output of quality work meet the specification as in the contract. The instrument of this research uses the Interview and observation methods. The findings of this research analysis conducted had successfully revealed all of the information required. Via audio recordings recorded at the time of the interview being conducted, that is the current and thereafter information regarding the installation activity in the tender management process. Lastly, all the management’s task in respect of the installation conducted require procedures or careful steps to ensure that issues do not arise and even if there is any, it can be averted.

Total edge domination in graphs
In this paper we discuss the concept of total edge domination in graphs. We prove that for any connected (p,q) – graph G with ? < q - 1, t q - ? where ? denotes the maximum degree of an edge in G and characterize trees and unicyclic graphs which attain this bound. We also prove that t (S(G)) for any connected graph G. We also determine the value of total edge domatic number for some families of graphs.

Tracheoesophageal fistula: a rare complication of tracheotomy
Tracheoesophageal fistulas (TOF) are a rare but sometimes a severe complication of tracheotomy. Their clinical presentations, of varying severity, usually involve several symptoms. The diagnostic procedure always combines chest x-rays looking for a pneumothorax, a pneumomediastinum or an aerogastry, and bronchial fibroscopy which determines the location, size and potential severity of the lesion. Therapeutic management is based on surgical repair. Prevention of TOF is important and must represent the real treatment.

Transforming rural small-medium enterprises via branding innovation in developing economies: a conceptual paper
The issue on branding has been always the talks of the large-sized companies. This has been addressed in many literatures. But, these literatures little or never discussed about branding for small-medium enterprises (SMEs). Many view that branding is not the subject of SMEs around the world. The SMEs play a significant role in the development of economy especially the developing economies around the world. Hence it’s very important for every economy to focus and develop the SMEs. Effective branding is a key factor for the success of the SMEs. Effective brand development takes time. Once successful, similar, if not greater effort is required to sustain and enhance the position of the brand and the brand has to grow to remain strong. Our literature review suggests that the factors that affect branding of SMEs are the number of brands, brand equity, brand mix, consistency in brand communication, positive brand experience, brand differentiation, brand passion, push and pull brand campaign and secondary brand association.

Unsteady MHD flow past an impulsively started vertical plate with constant wall temperature and variable mass diffusion in the presence of Hall current
In the present paper, unsteady MHD flow past an impulsively started vertical plate with constant wall temperature and variable mass diffusion in the presence of Hall current is studied. The fluid considered is an electrically conducting, absorbing-emitting radiation but a non-scattering medium. The Laplace transform technique has been used to find the solutions for the velocity profile and skin friction. The velocity profile and skin friction have been studied for different parameters like Schmidt number, Hall parameter, magnetic parameter, mass Grashof number, thermal Grashof number, Prandtl number, and time. The effect of parameters are shown graphically and the value of the skin-friction for different parameters has been tabulated.

User group model for mobile social based networks
Communities with different profiles shows the interests of community members. User and check-in venue details are used to cluster. Multimode multi-attribute edge-centric coclustering model is help to discover overlapping the communities. Overlapping communities is used to repair by replacing each edge with its vertices in edge clusters. Intermode and intra mode features are helped to us for making the process. Three intra mode features are used in the community detection process. M2 Clustering algorithm is used for community detection it is Edge clustering based on k-means and HM2 Clustering algorithm is used to detect overlapping communities of LBSNs and also called as Two-step hierarchical edge clustering. The overlapping community detection mechanism is enhanced with recommendation models. LBSNs, analyzing 1) the data source used, 2) the methodology community. 3) the objective of the community. The community are also classified with location. The system is enhanced with feature selection and feature fusion mechanism. This system also indicate the cluster of the two communities.
