VLSI implementation of fast Fourier transform used in OFDM
OFDM systems are widely used in both wired and wireless communication systems. Fast Fourier Transform is one of the key processing in the implementation of OFDM systems such as wireless broadband, and ultra wideband systems. In most researches, the implementation of Fast Fourier Transform is focused on reducing the difficulties in multipliers, memory unit and control circuits involved in the FFT process. Modification in the architecture for pipelined FFT processor is proposed, to reduce the register size required for FFT processor. In OFDM, this FFT process is used at the receiver side of the system. The single-path delay-feedback architecture is used to exploit the spatial regularity in signal flow graph of the algorithm.

Women and Psychology: A Narrative Analysis
Over centuries the field of psychology has been dominated by men. For a long time, women have been labeled as inferior and men have dominated the field of psychology. Male superiority and dominance has infiltrated the social structure and reduced the role of the female in society. Myths of Social Darwinism based on sexual selection among other attributes saw the females struggle over centuries. There were many others who refuted this myth including Helen Thompson, Mary Calkins, and Mary Putnam Jacobi. Their theories include equity model and relational theory that has left the women fighting for equality based on early concepts of feminism. The main purpose of the paper is to investigate the history of women psychology and liberation of feminist in research and psychology. Narrative analysis of various literature from different nations on feminism, women and psychological research. The findings indicate that feminism is a thing of the past, there has been development in gender equality. Both men and women have been given equal chances in practicing psychology and more scholarships have been given out to women to encourage them to participate in research and psychology. Continuous empowerment has encouraged women to grow and develop their self-confidence, self-efficacy, and self-esteem.

Wood preservation: A practical approach to mitigating climate change
Scientists all over the world have been concern for the earth due to the effect of climate change that has now become a matter of discuss. The effect of climate change is not only limited to several natural disasters such as Tsunami, melting of ice Berge, high rise water bodies etc. It has been agreed that mitigating the effect of climate change can be achieved through reforestation and replanting of trees in the forest. To ensure that climate change is mitigated holistically, all hand must be on deck. As such implementing the use of treated wood to forestall needless replacement of wood due to failure resulting from fungi decay and insect attack is another practical approach to ensure that the forest the major player in mitigating climate change is kept intact. It is therefore recommended that government policy should include ensuring that wood meant for building construction is given necessary treatment before installation to safeguard the integrity of the forest.

Yield Determinants among Catfish Farmers in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State, Nigeria
This paper investigated yield determinants among catfish farmers in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State. A total of 65 catfish farmers were purposively selected for the study. The analytical technique employed include: Descriptive Analysis, Budgetary Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyse the socio-economic characteristics;Budgetary Analysis was used to determine the profitability of the enterprise; and Multiple Regression Analysis was used to analyse the determinants of catfish yield in the study area. The various profitability ratios such as Expense Structure Ratio (0.76), Benefit Cost Ratio (3.13), Gross Revenue Ratio (0.45)and Rate of Return (0.96)indicated that catfish farming enterprise is profitable in the study area. The factors that significantly affect catfish output in the study area are: quantity of feed, quantity of labour, quantity of fingerlings and total pond size. Quantity of labour, quantity of fingerlings and total pond size had positive relationship with output of fish, while quantity of feed had an inverse relationship with yield output of catfish.

Zero Wire Authentication System in ATMs Using GSM Technology
Due to public location and permanent availability multiple people depends on the automated teller machine (ATM). Due to that they can easily fall victim to manipulation. Frauds and security attacks based on observation by person or via various cameras also get increased. So, new methods for authentication mechanisms get developed to reduce the ATM security problems related to personal identification numbers (PIN). The user’s mobile phones play a central role in the trust establishment. Shift PIN entry away from possibly insecure ATMs PIN pad towards the user’s mobile phones & then transmit it securely for authentication. Dual tone modulated frequency (DTMF) plays a major role in this technique.

“Posterior Urethral Valves”- Embryological basis and its clinical significance
A lot of controversy continues regarding the development of human penile urethra.Posterior urethral valves are congenital disorder and can only seen in male infants. It caused by failure of regression of the mesonephric duct. Most of cases PUV’s a sporadic and only occur in males, evidence suggests that they can be found in siblings or twins in a family. If PUV’s are not diagnosed and treated early they can cause damage in the ureters, urethra, bladder and kidney, constraints lung developments cause of low quantity of amniotic fluid. PUV’s are commonly diagnosed prior to birth or at birth when a male infant is evaluated for antennal hydronephrosis.

"Preureteric Venacava"-Embryological basis and its clinical importance
Pre-ureteric vena cava is a rare congenital disorder, usually presenting clinically with hydronephrosis and an “S or fishhook” deformity of the ureter at the lumbar vertebrae three and four. Unusual presentations do occur and can lead to misdiagnoses. Though it is a congenital disorder, patients do not normally present with symptoms until the 30 years of life with various complains, results due to back pressure changes lead to hydronephrosis (water in the kidney).

A benefactor tool to develop second language learning
There has been a varied advancement in the English language teaching materials for second language learners. Even though materials are in abundance, poetry seems to lack its appropriate usage in the process of second language teaching. Traditionally poetry may have lost its function as an attractive tool to impart novelty in teaching a language; the present study focuses to teach the four basic language skills and the linguistic role in learning English Language through poetry. Teaching second language through poetry is effectual since it made the learners to stir out their own insightful thinking and to stimulate their creativity. The interpretative ability of the learners had a gradual increase when a few lines were given to interpret. Thus the paper suggests that poetry is very beneficial for the teachers of English in second language learning classrooms.

A Case Analysis of GSCM Practices in Indian Manufacturing Companies
The present research paper examines the factors which a company must consider while implementing Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices. Three companies from Indian “Food and Beverage” (F&B) sector are examined in their approach to be more sustainable. The research method employed is comparative case study analysis. Semi-structured interviews are held with two relevant managers from each company. Top-management support is crucial for effectively working GSCM practices. Employee involvement is recognized as crucial element of GSCM. An environmental friendly company culture is beneficial and should be derived from the companies’ environmental vision and mission. Collaborations with suppliers are perceived to be productive and essential to develop innovative products.
