Influence of Plyometric Training on Selected Power Related Fitness Variables
The purpose of the study was to find out the influence of plyometric training on selected power related fitness variables. To achieve this purpose of the study, thirty men students studying in the department of physical education and sports sciences, Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar, Tamil Nadu, India were selected as subjects at random. The selected subjects were divided into two equal groups of fifteen subjects each such as plyometric training group and control group. The experimental group underwent plyometric training for three days per week for twelve weeks. The control group did not participate any special training programmes. Power variables such as explosive power in terms of vertical, explosive power in terms of horizontal, elastic power and anaerobic power have been selected as criterion variables. All the subjects of both groups were tested on selected criterion variables at prior to and immediately after the training programme. The analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data of the plyometric training group and the control group between the pre-test and post-test scores. The level of significance to test the ‘F’ ratio obtained by the analysis of covariance was fixed at 0.05 level of confidence which was considered to be an appropriate. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between plyometric training group and control group on selected criterion variables such as explosive power in terms of vertical, explosive power in terms of horizontal, elastic power and anaerobic power.

Islamic Micro Finance
The objective of this paper is to relate the practices of microfinancing with the practices of Islamic financing. It discusses the main concepts and underlying assumption behind both thesystems. It further explains the different practices of Islamic financing. Also finds out the link between conventional microfinancing and Islamic financing practices i.e. how Islamfinancing can be merged with the conventional financing.

Nephrogenic adenoma of the bladder : a case report
Nephrogenic metaplasia is a benign tumor characterized by urothelial tubulo - papillary structures. It is also called nephrogenic adenoma . It is a benin lesion and highly prone to recurrency. We report a case of a bladder nephrogenic metaplasia of a 65 years old patient with hematuria and POLLAKIURIA. Clinical examination was normal . Ultrasonography showed a circumferential thickening bladder , while cystoscopy showed a tumor at the dome and the right side. A transurethral resection of the bladder was performed. Histological study concluded at the existence of nephrogenic metaplasia of the bladder mucosa . The evolution was favorable and postoperative controls, including cystoscopy and intravenous urography (IVU ) at 1, 3 and 6 months were normal.

Nutritive values and some mineral elements of Amaranthus hybridus and Adansonia digitata leafy vegetables
Amaranthus hybridus and Adansonia digitata leaves were analysed for their proximate and mineral elements (potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium) using standard methods of food analysis. Ash contents of 19.72±0.5 and 10.63±0.2% for both samples revealed that they are good mineral source. 35.30±6.3 and 45.44±8.1% of carbohydrate concentrations obtained resulted in high energy values. Potassium has the highest concentration among the mineral elements analysed with 1133±4.50 and 892±3.10mg/100g, followed by calcium with 737±2.30 and 1042±6.20mg/100g for the leaves of Amaranthus hybridus and Adansonia digitata respectively. However, the ratio of sodium to potassium values obtained from the two leafy vegetables in this study indicated that they could possibly serve to reduce high blood pressure diseases in the human body. Nutrient density (ND) greater than 100% recorded for all the elements indicated that vegetables of our study can serve as source of supplement for these mineral elements.

Overview of Different Approaches in a Multiphysics Modelling of Induction Motor
In this paper we interest to how we can make a multiphysics model of IM, the FEM currently represents the state-of-the-art in the numerical magnetic field computation relating to electrical machines. FEM is a numerical method to solve the partial differential equations that expresses the physical quantities of interest, in this case thermal transfer and Maxwell’s equations. This approach is possible by using special simulation package frequently exploited bout in university and industry. A simple description of each one of this famous software is presented. In this moment, with the complicity of the problem, we made a decoupling between the thermal phenomena, electromagnetic and mechanics phenomena, in the first time we considers only the transient thermal and the other phenomena are in steady state, on the other hand in the second times the thermal behavior is ignored. FEM analysis is used for study state and transient mode, thermal transient, magnetic field calculation, the magnetic flux density and vector potential of machine is obtained. In this model we including, non linear material characteristics, eddy current effect, torque-speed characteristics, and magnetic analysis are investigated. Finally some simulation results of induction motor modeled by Motor-CAD and Maxwell software are given and commented.
