An integration approach of intelligent predictive caching and static prefetching for internet web servers
Web caching and Web prefetching are two important techniques used to reduce the noticeable response time perceived by users. By integrating Web caching and Web prefetching, these two techniques can complement each other since the Web caching technique exploits the temporal locality, whereas Web prefetching technique utilizes the spatial locality of Web objects [30]. In this paper, we develop algorithm Pre-IPGDSF# by integrating Web caching and Web prefetching in Web servers. For caching, we use innovative algorithm Intelligent Predictive Greedy Dual Size Frequency#, IPGDSF#, which is an enhanced version of algorithm GDSF# developed by us [13, 14, 15, 16, 17]. For prefetching, we use a static prefetching method. Using three different Web server logs, we use trace driven analysis to evaluate the effects of different replacement policies on the performance of a Web server. We specifically compare policies like GDSF, GDSF#, and IPGDSF# with the proposed integrated policy Pre-IPGDSF#. Using trace-driven simulations and for various standard cost criteria (hit rate and byte hit rate), we show that our proposed integrated policy outperforms all other algorithms under consideration.

Analysis of Cost of Governance and Revenue Assurance
The paper aims at assessing cost of governance and revenue assurance mechanisms. The methodology adopted by the paper involves the use of quantitative data for 9 years, from 2002 to 2010, which was generated from the annual report and accounts of the Central Bank of Iran. The data generated for the study was analyzed using graphs and simple percentage analysis. The finding of the paper shows that Cost of governance at state level has greatly increased in Iran. Similarly, the trend of Extra-Budgetary Expenditure put to question the implementation of budgets at the States. The paper concludes that the task of reducing cost of governance for revenue assurance at states level does not rest on the executive, legislature and judiciary alone. It is task demanding the collective effort of all stakeholders. Finally, the paper recommends that there is the need to reduce recurrent expenditure to sustainable level through reducing waste, inefficiency, corruption and duplication in government, as well as, make capital spending more effective.

Analysis of Mineral Contents of Fresh and Dried Tilapia Fish (Oreochromis niloticus) from Mcaiver Market, Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria
The study of mineral contents of fresh and dried tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus) from Mcaiver Market, Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria were determined. The tilapia fishes were shared into two parts: one part was used to determine the mineral content of the fresh fish and the other part was oven dried before the analysis of mineral contents of both fishes. The minerals detected were in the order Na>Ca>K>Mg>Zn>Fe. It was observed that dried tilapia fish was more nutritional than the fresh tilapia fish. Dry tilapia fish should be consumed rather than fresh tilapia fish for proper nourishments.

Arching phenomenon Check with the finite element method in Tang-e Hamam Dam and compared with the precise instrumentation results of dam
Analysis of earth dams Stability, and their arching phenomenon, is one of the most important issues in geotechnical engineering. Arching dam, you can use one or more methods are analyzed. The main factor of instability dams, gravity effect, but other factors can, intensify or provoke them to be effective. To understand the factors intensifying landslide, could contribute significantly to the experts, and the stability of the dam dirt, and prevent the arching. The purpose of this paper is to examine the phenomenon of arching in the bathroom tight barrier with finite element method, and compared with studies of dam instrumentation, numerical analysis by finite element software PLAXIS, has been made. Analysis, using behavioral models Mohr-Coulomb, is done. On the other hand, we can say that, numerical methods in the analytical methods is very rapid, reliable and accurate, and therefore these methods, able to perform parametric studies, the boundary conditions are complex. So in this study, AH stresses dam Tang-e Hamam, has been studied, and then perform parametric studies, it was concluded that increasing the angle of internal friction shell dam, the dam will lead to increased confidence. However, by changing the geometry of the dam core, core thickness miles to miles and increase confidence rises Dam. Also, the arching, the barrier height is variable, and strongly arching and the maximum arching, core thickness depends on the height of the dam.

Assessment of the effect of oil revenues on tax revenues in the economics of Iran: By an experimental study 1989-2008
In the economics of Iran according to the mixture of the incomes of the country, tax can be considered as a kind of assured income. Whereas the important part of tax revenues in Iran depends directly and non-directly on oil revenues, this important matter has severely damaged the tax incomes against fluctuated oil revenues. Being lower 20 percent share of direct incomes to general budget can be assessed as an increased share of oil from the incomes of government. The results of this research present that the extent of the oil revenues of the country has negative effect on tax revenues during research ages. The result is that for revising the structure of country tax system, this matter should be considered in execution process and how to use of expertise people power and revision in this case must be done?in order that tax system be efficient in national economy.
