Future and Scope of Cloud Computing in India
Cloud computing is ready to transform the structure of businesses. There will be abundance of service suppliers, as well as international players like Google, and Amazon who can roll out their Indian plans. With the concept of ‘Digital India’, it will provide an important push to enterprises to switch to the cloud computing. For India, it is an immediate helpful impact for small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) across the country. This paper explains regarding the opportunities and future of cloud computing in India and the way businesses will get changed with developed infrastructure and how get benefited from it.

Theoritical study of test suite reduction techniques
As the software undergoes changes, new test cases are added to the existing one.In this way test suite size grows. Test suites should be maintained through out. The Test-Suite Minimization technique aims at reducing the test suite using various techniques such as genetic algorithm, test case prioritization & selection technique based on some of the coverage criteria. This technique should let testers to compute an optimal minimal test suite that satisfies those criteria keeping an eye to maximize coverage and fault detection capability with minimal running time and setup cost.

Dynamic Terrain and Character Generator Tool for Games
Dynamic Terrain Generator creates terrain and character elements interact with the terrain dynamically during the start and duration of the game .Dynamic terrain tool allow player to navigate unlimitedly through all four directions with newly generating terrain fields as progress forward without consuming system resources too much. It gives the illusion of a real world that gives user the feeling to move anywhere he want while playing the game. It is suited for war games, hunting games and modified version can also use for racing games.

Speech Generation Using Kinect To Aid The Mute In Public Addressing
Various new technologies and aiding instruments are always being introduced for the betterment of the challenged. This project focuses on aiding the mute in expressing their views and ideas in a much efficient and effective manner thereby creating their own place in this world. The proposed system focuses on using various gestures traced into texts which could in turn be transformed into speech. The gesture identification and mapping is performed by the Kinect device, which is found to cost effective and reliable. A suitable text to speech convertor is used to translate the texts generated from Kinect into a speech. The proposed system though cannot be applied to man-to-man conversation owing to the hardware complexities, but could find itself very much of use under addressing environments such as auditoriums, classrooms, etc

A new phase based approach to multimodal image registration
The major challenges in automatic multimodal image registration are the in consistency in intensity (or) contrast patterns and the existence of non overlapping regions between images. Also presence of high non-homogeneous image contrast makes it very difficult to compare the image contents. The proposed method is using a phase representation derived from Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform as similarity metric for registering multimodal images. This method uses a transformation that minimizes the residual error between phase representations of two multimodal images. Sub pixel level local optimization techniques are used to improve the stability in handling situations like small initial overlapping between images. This method has been tested on various multimodal images. This technique has better accuracy than existing registration techniques even in the presence of image non-homogeneity and inconsistency in intensity patterns.

Academic Course Scheduling Decision Support System
Web-based decision support systems are used to model data and make adequate decisions based upon it. They address the needs of managers in solving structured and semi-structured problems. They have provided assistance to human discrimination to put right people in right places. This research paper focuses on Academic Course Scheduling Decision Support System, which provides a reliable tool that can be used to improve decision making process in academic course scheduling. Due to the dearth of adequate classrooms in most academic institutions, and pressure on the available ones, it becomes more and more difficult for school management to battle with the problem. This paper gives a model for appropriate scheduling of courses to classrooms, as well as determining courses priorities. To facilitate good implementation of this work, the researchers painstakingly took out time to collect enough data from the case study (Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria) as well as materials and journals from various authors/sites. The application was developed using a scripting language, PHP, and MySQL database as backend to effectively achieve the aims of this project.

Designing Spam Filtering by Analyzing User and Email Behaviour
Electronic Mail is the “killer network application”. It is ubiquitous and pervasive. This paper presents an implemented framework for data mining behavior models from email data. There are different methods for detection of spam through email. The main goal is to develop a method that outperforms the existing methods in terms of detection of spam, ham and wrongly classified spam, that is, the accuracy of the proposed method is higher compared to the other existing methods. The other goal is to implement the proposed algorithm for reducing the time. So, to recapitulate, this paper deals with the accuracy and process timing based on prioritization of detecting email messages.

Semi self compacting concrete –an innovative material
Self compacting concrete is a form of concrete that is capable of flowing into the congested interior of formwork, passing through the reinforcement and filling it in a natural manner, consolidating under the action of its own weight without segregation and bleeding. The main disadvantage of self compacting concrete is that it is very difficult to make it without using superplasticizers or viscosity modifying agents. The use of these chemical admixtures makes the production cost of self compacting concrete high. An attempt has been made to develop a new material which will combine the advantages self compacting concrete and the normal compacting concrete. This innovative new material is given the name semi self compacting concrete. Semi self compacting concrete can be made without the use of chemical admixtures at the same time it is capable of flowing easily under the action of minimal external energy without the need for vibration. The procedure for making semi self compacting concrete has been presented. Semi self compacting concrete mixes were cast. Tests on fresh and hardened semi self compacting concrete were conducted. It is found that the semi self compacting mixes developed satisfied the requirements of flowability, passibility and segregation resistance. The 56th day strength of the mixes was found to be satisfactory.

An image encryption algorithm using chaos
This paper presents an image encryption algorithm using chaos. A more complex version of the chaos called Hyper-chaos is used to improve the security of the procedure. Hyper-chaotic system is used to shuffle the parts of the image. Then the shuffled image is encrypted with the chaos. At the receiving end, decryption is done and then the shuffled parts of the image are put back in their original positions.

Multimodal image fusion using multiresolution techniques
Multimodal Image Fusion techniques combine information from different sensors together to produce a more accurate and efficient representation which is more useful for further analysis. A Multi resolution based Multimodal Image Fusion Algorithm is this paper, an automatic algorithm based on multi resolution technique for fusing multimodal images is proposed. The multimodal images are decomposed using the Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform and Contourlet Transform and they are fused using some efficient and robust fusion rules. Finally, they are reconstructed using the Inverse transform and a new fused image with more information content is obtained. The basic idea of all multiresolution fusion schemes is motivated by the human visual system being primarily sensitive to local contrast changes, e.g. the edges or corners. These techniques also provide better directional information. The DT-CWT and Contourlet Transform methods are good at faithfully retaining the salient structural information present in both the multimodal images.
