A traumatic luxation of the eyeball
The luxation of the eyeball is the dislocation of the globe outside its orbit associated with an incarceration of the eyelid by an orbicular spasm. We report a rare case of traumatic luxation of the eyeball. Patient of 70 years old, followed for heart failure, fell down from his own height and hit the forehead and the left orbital area against the concrete floor so he was transported to the hospital with a left orbital trauma in a context of anxiety. An orbital scan reveals orbital floor fracture accompanying medial wall fracture and a preseptal tissue thickening in the left orbit without damage to the optic nerve. The reduction of the globe was performed under general anesthesia, associated with antibiotic and corticosteroid. The evolution is marked by a complete recovery of ocular motility and normal eyelid function and Improvement in visual acuity.

Comparison of two methods of local anesthesia before transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsies of prostate
Objectives: We compare the analgesic efficiency of the endo-rectal instillation of xylocaine gel compared to peri-prostatic infiltration xylocaine biopsies before transrectal ultrasound guided prostate. Patients and Methods: Between November 2013 and March 2014, candidates for prostate biopsies were randomized into 2 groups. In group 1, 10 ml of Xylocaine 2% gel was instilled in the rectum 10 minutes before biopsy, while patients in group 2 benefited from the periprostatic infiltration of 5 ml injection of Xylocaine 2% in two equal injections , 4 min before prostate biopsies. A visual analogue scale possible to assess pain during anesthesia (VAS 1) and during prostate biopsies (VAS 2) and finally 30 min after the end of these (VAS 3). Results: 69 patients were included in the study, 35 in group 1 and 34 in group 2. The pain experienced by patients was statistically lower in Group 2 for the VAS 2 score (3.5 in group 1 vs 1.5 in group 2) and the VAS score 3 (0.5 in group 1 vs 0.1 in group 2). No major complications were reported. Conclusion: periprostatic block infiltration of xylocaine, allows better patient comfort during biopsies and 30 min after the end thereof

Domestic violence and psychopathological impact
Context: Despite the seriousness of domestic violence and its consequences, it is largely underestimated, and many female victims cannot receive appropriate assistance. Despite the psychological consequences of domestic violence, women who are victims of such violence are not primarily intended for the psychiatrist. Objective: To study the profile of women who have been victims of domestic violence and to assess their psychopathological impact. Methods: Cross-sectional study carried out for 76 women victims of domestic violence recruited in the ANNAJDA help center in Rabat during a period from March 2017 to May 2017. The instruments used were: a data collection sheet for socio- demographic, clinical and violence characteristics, the PCL-S scale was used to assess Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), the Hospital Anxiety and Depression (HAD) scale was used to assess anxiety and depression and the DSM 5 criteria were used to assess addiction. Results: 76 female victims of domestic violence were included in the study. The average age of the mothers was 34.62 years. 47.3% have a low socio-economic level. 63.2% of the victims were unemployed. All our victims have been subjected to psychological violence. 68.4% of our sample has a post-traumatic stress condition. 82.9% of victims show definite anxiety. 61.8% of women have a definite depressive disorder. 14.5% a dependence on a substance. There was a significant association between sexual violence and anxiety and drug use, between financial violence and drug use, between physical violence and depression. Keywords: domestic violence; women; consequences; psychopathological impact.

Endoscopic aspects of gastric MALT lymphoma: about 25 cases
Gastric MALT lymphoma is a low grade neoplasia of slow evolution with a very low metastatic potential. It is strongly associated with Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. The clinical presentation is poorly specific and its endoscopic aspects are varied, hence the advantage of carrying out systematic per endoscopic biopsies. The endoscopic ultrasound allows to accurately assess the infiltration of lymphoma in the gastric wall. HP eradication is paramount in the management of this type of gastric lymphoma. We studied the endoscopic aspects of gastric MALT lymphomas through a series of 25 cases.

Fournier’s gangrene of the penis: A rare case report and review of the literature
Fournier's gangrene is a rare, fulminant, usually a localized disease of the external genitalia, anorectal and perineal region, with an occasional extension up to the abdominal wall. Mainly associated with men and those over the age of 50, Fournier’s gangrene has been shown to have a predilection for patients with diabetes as well as people who are long-term alcohol misusers. The usual organism is an anaerobic streptococcus synergistic with other organisms. Although considerable progress has been made in the treatment of this disease, it remains a serious and debilitating condition with a high mortality rate. Early therapy is the key, including hospitalization, debridement of the entire shaft of the penis distal to the devastated area, without excising the normal skin, parenteral broad-spectrum antibiotics, and skin grafting. We here-in present two clinical cases of Fournier’s gangrene of the external genitalia. Our case was unusual in that only the penis was involved, which is very rare.

Management of bladder endometriosis
Deep pelvic endometriosis is a complex female pathology, of which it is necessary to understand the mechanisms in order to optimize their management. It is characterized by 3 types of lesion among which the deep lesions. These are defined by infiltration of the retroperitoneal space and / or pelvic organ wall [1]. Bladder lesions belong to this last category.Endometriosis can cause abdominopelvic pain and inconstant functional signs, the nature of which is often related to the localization of lesions [2].To optimize and progress in the care of patients, it is absolutely necessary to attempt to understand the physiopathogenic hypotheses aimed at explaining the birth and development of the disease. The first part of the assessment is based on the interrogation which must be targeted and on a thorough clinical examination. Then comes the prescription of complimentary exams, essential to exhaustive assessment of the lesions before developing a therapeutic strategy. The medical treatment has a suspensive purpose by an anti-gonadotropic effect. It is of little use in isolated bladder endometriosis. In case of failure of medical treatment, the surgical management of symptomatic deep endometriosis remains the reference treatment.

“Pulmonary Agenesis” -embryological basis and its clinical importance
Deficiency of the lungs results from malfunction of the breathing bud to develop. Agenesis of one lung is more regular than bilateral agenesis, however both conditions are unusual. Unilateral pulmonary agenesis is compatible with life. The heart and other mediastinal edifices are shifted to the implicated side, and the present lung is stretched out. Lung agenesis is an uncommon but a severe condition which ought to be early diagnosed and followed up. Prognosis, apart from abnormal formation, is that of a single functional lung. Diagnosing a developmental abnormality of the lungs in adults is often challenging for clinicians.

Evaluation of antimutagenic potential of annona squamosa leaf extract
The aim of the current study was to evaluate antimutagenic activity of ethanolic extract of Annona squamosa leaf which is belonging to the family Annonaceae. Its in vitro and in vivo antioxidant activity of the extracts has already been reported. On the basis of that we have decided to evaluate its antimutagenic activity in vivo in mice using bone marrow chromosomal aberration assay, micronucleus test and sperm abnormality assay. In chromosomal aberration assay, ethanolic extract of Annona squamosa (500mg/kg) had shown significant reduction in percentage of cells with aberration. In Micronucleus test, ethanolic extract of Annona squamosa (500mg/kg) showed significant reduction in total no. of micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes. In sperm abnormality assay, ethanolic extract of Annona squamosa (250 and 500mg/kg) had shown significant reduction in total no. of sperm shape abnormality. In conclusion, these results suggest that ethanolic extract of Annona squamosa leaves possessing significant antimutagenic property.
