The Comparison of Personality Features among the Students due to their positive and Negative Aspects to the Drugs among the Fourth grade Students in Ilam
This study aims to examine the personality features among the students due to their positive and negative aspects to drugs in the fourth grade student’s addiction in Ilam city. The study society includes; 963 male, fourth-grade students in Ilam. They were chosen 274 persons as an example – table and they were tested by drug – tendency questionnaire, then they were chosen 60 persons as the main example. There were 30 persons who took the highest marks, they were entitled the group with positive tendency to use drugs, besides they were 30 persons who took the least marks as the negative aspect, they took M.M.P.I questionnaire, there were used t-statistical methods of independent groups to test the research hypotheses. Results show that there are different between depression, Schizophrenia, Paranoia, the student’s psychological weakness due to the positive and negative view to drugs. The results show that the students who were positive view to drugs took the highest marks in the fore mentioned psychological disorders than the students who had negative view to drugs.

An evaluation of the quality of information technology literacy in Iranian sport organizations
The aim of this research is to evaluate the IT Literacy in sport organizations' employees.So370 staff of these organizations were chosen as sample and answered to the researcher made questionnaire of IT Literacy. The opinions of the scope of experts were used in order to determine face and content validity. Confirmative and explorative factor analyses were used in order to determine construct validity. The reliability was determined by Chronbach ?. appropriate descriptive and referential statistics (multi-variate regression, ANOVA, MANOVA) were used. The findings demonstrated that the IT Literacy of sport organizations' employees had a moderate rate. The results of MONOVA demonstrated a significant difference between the subscales of the general Literacy of computer in sport organizations so that the IT Literacy of the sport federation employees was lower than that of the Ministry of Youth and Sport and the Principle Office of Physical Education. Regression analysis also demonstrated that all the subgroups of computer general Literacy were significant predictors for computer Literacy. Finally we should state that IT is considered as one of the most important indices of organizational progress and it should be part of the priorities of sport organizations to provide suitable circumstances in order for the employees to get familiar with it and promote the general IT Literacy.

An investigation into the role of the storytelling on Social Skills in preschoolers
The purpose of this study was to investigation into the role of the storytelling on Social Skills in preschoolers. The study adopted the quasi-experimental method, and performed the pretest-posttest and follow-up test model without a control group. The sample size included 15 children that were selected by random sampling in three preschooler centers in the Ghasre Shirin city in Iran. we used the teacher form of SSRS (SSRS-T) includes three social skills subscales: Cooperation, Assertion, and Self-Control. .Experimental design for a month, and was performed and lasted for 12 sessions on the experimental group. After a week the Social Skills posttest and after 3 month the follow-up test were administrated on the subjects. The obtained data were analysed using the Descriptive Statistics and T-Test, showed that the difference between pretest, posttest and follow-up test in the experimental group, and creative storytelling as a new intervention , which that was used for the first time in Iran, enhanced social skills and its subscales: (Cooperation, Assertion, and Self-Control). The results showed effectivity and using of storytelling in the developing process social skills, and showed the effect storytelling, remained stable in the three-month follow-up.

Exploring the relationship among professional competence, job satisfaction and Career development confidence of chefs: an empirical research in Pakistan
This study is about to explore the relationship among professional competence, job satisfaction and career development confidence of chefs in Pakistan. Results exhibited that working attitude and communication skill are the most likely influential construct for professional competence and culinary related knowledge had the lowest reported ratings. Job selection satisfaction showed low ranking then current job satisfaction. Structural equation modeling results demonstrated that professional competence directly effect job satisfaction and career development confidence and job satisfaction had no direct effect on actual career development confidence. Implication for these results is discussed.

Problems and suggestions related to teacher education
Drastic change is required in the Teacher Education in view of the ongoing changes in the social, cultural, economical and political environment so that teacher could come in terms with the changing needs of contemporary Indian society. Society and education stands in a relation of reciprocal cause and effect. The character of a given society determines the character of its educational system and this system in turn, determines the character of the society. In the absence of the clarity of vision about the contemporary social environment, Teacher Education fails to secularize the behavior of the society with social enlightment. This article purports to highlight the need to improve the quality of Teacher Education. A teacher needs to be a learner for the whole life. Besides, the problems faced in the field and suggestions to rectify them have been discussed here.

The effects of therapeutic horseback riding on the repetitive behaviors of children with autism spectrum disorders
The purpose of the present research was to study the effect of therapeutic horseback riding on repetitive behaviors of children with autism spectrum disorders. It was quasi experimental with one group Pre and Post Test design. The samples were 6 children with autism spectrum disorders selected through available method in a special education center for autistic children in Shiraz, Iran. All the participants had pre-test and then therapeutic horseback riding intervention for one month (consisting of two 45 minute session of riding per week) and finally post-test was administered. Bodfish et al (2002) revised repetitive behaviors scale was used to assess children’s repetitive behaviors. Paired-samples T Test was utilized to analyze the data. The results showed that therapeutic horseback riding decreases the repetitive behaviors of children with autism spectrum disorders significantly. It can be concluded that therapeutic horseback riding has a positive effect on repetitive behaviors improvement.

Factors Affecting Teenagers’ Adjustment in Educational Institutions and Home Environment
Present study aims to investigate the determinants of the factors affecting the adjustment of teenagers at school and home. For any growing child the school and home play a major role in fulfilling its growth needs, since growth is dependent upon these immediate environments. Using the cross sectional data, collected through the questionnaire, of 60 students of age 16 years to 19 years from various public and private schools. Collected data was as analysed with the help of various statistical tests. The results reveal the positive and significant association among the adjustment and the indicators of both school and home environment. The overall highest value of correlation coefficient is found to be .505 for toilet facility while the lowest value is .231 for communication gap with parents. The role of parents’ education, age and gender is also crucial. The study also shows that mostly students are facing home sickness while they are in schools. The teacher’s attitude and school environment are negatively affecting the adjustment of the students. School facilities have positive influence on students’ pleasure. On the basis of findings, the study concludes that the students are somehow adjusted in the school and home environment.

The Effect of Teaching Interactional/Transactional Teaching Materials on the Oral Language Ability: State of Art
Listening skills is one of the most fundamental and important skills which can enhance speaking as well as listening skills. However, listening skills has Cinderella skills in language teaching for many years. For FL learners, listening is more difficult than reading. This challenging nature is manifest in Purdy?s (1997, p. 8) definition of listening as “active and dynamic process of attending, perceiving, interpreting, remembering, and responding to the expressed (verbal and nonverbal) needs, concerns, and information offered by other human beings.” The capability to grasp spoken language encompasses complicated, immediate and concurrent processing of various sorts of information. To apprehend spoken language, one is required to organize sounds, vocabulary, grammatical constructions, and prior knowledge (Vandergrift, 1999). Many experts acknowledge the challenging nature of listening (Vogely, 1999; Gonen, 2009).The present study tries to indicate the relevant literature and study about role of transactional and interactional materials on oral productivity.
