Organizational behavior barriers in implementing ISO 9000 within the Malaysian local governments
The Local Governments (LG) in Malaysia has certainly been accountable to implement, and subsequently achieve, the ISO 9000 accreditation. However, to date, most of the PBT organizations have still failed to accomplish this target. The purpose of this study is to identify the barriers of the main organizational behavior of ISO 9000 implementation in LG organizations. This study also seeks to determine whether or not these barriers are different between the types of LG organizations. The related data had been gathered through the questionnaire survey and was analysed using quantitative methods. As an output, the descriptive statistical analysis shows that there are three main barriers that have been faced by the LG organizations in implementing ISO 9000, those of which are the negative perception or attitude towards quality among employees, employees’ culture towards quality programmes and the lack of cooperation among internal departments. This study has also found two additional organizational behavior barriers that have never been discussed previously, known as the change of the Yang Dipertua/Mayor and the non-existence of proper quality management department, division or unit.

Petrology and Geochemistry of Granites in and Around Nalgonda District, India
The granites of part of Nalgonda district is a metaluminous, high K-calc alkaline,I-type granite emplaced into the gneissic rock of the Peninsular Gneissic Complex of the Eastern Dharwar Craton. The thin section study clearly evidence that the granite is of pure magmatic origin. The deformation signatures were also noticed of brittle-ductile shear both in field and thin section studies in laboratory. Geochemically, the granite is rich in K2O+Na2O, suggesting it is an alkali granite with calc-alkaline magma. On a Yb vs Ta discrimination plot, the granites are falling mostly in the volcanic arc granite field. The REE pattern shows strong Eu negative anomaly, suggesting early separation of plagioclase. The enhance level of LL element relative to HFS element point to the subduction zone enrichment and/or crustal comtamination of the source region.

Preliminary evaluation of Clerodendron phlomides against dengue vector mosquito Aedes aegypti L. (diptera: culicidae)
The objective of the present study was to evaluate the ovicidal and larvicidal activity of Clerodendron phlomides on Aedes aegypti. Maximum ovicidal and larvicidal activities were recorded in chloroform extract, followed by hexane and ethanol extracts of C. phlomides. The chloroform extract of C. phlomides at 1000 ppm showed an ovicidal effect of 15.6±1.30, 33.2±3.64 and 45.6±5.49 % on 0-6, 6-12 and 12-18 hr old eggs. The LC50 values for this extract were 10.21, 45.30, 235.06 and 335.51 ppm against the first, second, third and forth instar larvae of Ae. aegypti in 24hr. An increase in the concentration of the test extracts resulted in an increase in the ovicidal and larvicidal effects.

QR Code based Passport Smart Card using an Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) Algorithm
The implementation of QR code based smart card has been becoming an ever increasing popularity in the traceability of products. This QR code smart card contains the Passport details, Pan card details, Aadhar card details.QR code helpful to store and process the information through black and white dots on the QR scanner which transmit by the reader. The QR reader reads the data present in the passport and sends the data by using QR Scanner through wireless network. As soon as the card shown, using QR reader, the details of the person appear on the computer screen and verify it using the data present in the system and if it matches then the details of the passport holder is displayed. It reduces the burden of documentation which thereby reduces the time consumption. This makes the system centralized by increasing the security.

Quality of Service and Traffic Management in MPLS Network By Fuzzy Logic Computing
This research paper suggests a load balancing algorithm using fuzzy logic methodology so that maximum Quality of Service can be attained. Avoidance of jamming of packets is one of the key performance objectives of traffic management in MPLS networks. Load balancing can avoid the congestion caused due to inefficient allocation of network resources. Another feature of the network performance is Quality of Service (QOS). QOS in telecommunications jargon, is a measurement used to determine how well that network is satisfying the end user's requirements. The Mean Opinion Score (MOS) is an important feature in determining the QOS. MOS is a measurement of the quality delivered by the network based on human observation at the destination end. Precisely we can tell average opinion score (MOS) provides a numerical indication of the perceived quality of received media after compression and transmission.

Relationship between organizational justice and staff happiness in the institutes of standard & industrial research of Qom province and jihad agricultural management in Qom city
The present study is conducted to analyze the relationship between organizational justice and staff happiness in the Institutes of Standard & Industrial Research of Qom province and Jihad Agricultural Management in Qom city. This research is classified among descriptive surveys and was a correlation type. Research sample was selected simple random from 30 members of The Institute of Standards & Industrial Research and 52 members of Jihad Agricultural Management in 1390. The tool to gather the data was Questionnaire and SPSS software has been used to analyze the descriptive and analytical data. Organizational Justice Questionnaire (Newhof and Mormon 1993) was used to evaluate organizational justice and Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (localized by elites) to evaluate staff happiness. In order to analyze the data, a relational approach (correlation and regression) was used. The results show a positive and significant relation between organizational justice and staff happiness in both Institutes; so the research hypothesis was approved. In the meantime, factor analysis is used to identify happiness factors and to confirm organizational justice classifications.Since the relationship between Organizational Justice and Staff happiness has been well-recognized in this research, it is necessary to apply organizational justice and the ways of applying them to increase the staff happiness. In this line, some recommendation for managers and organization authorities are provided.

Review on Banded Leaf and Sheath Blight Disease of Maize
In India maize ranks fifth position in area and fourth in production among the major cereals grown. Being a C4 plant and having very high yield potential, it is called queen of cereals. One of the main deterrents to high grain yield in maize is its susceptibility to several diseases. Of 112 diseases of maize reported so far from different parts of the globe, 65 are known to occur in India. Banded leaf and Sheath blight (BLSB) is one of them caused by most widespread, destructive and versatile pathogen Rhizoctonia solani f. sp Sasakii (teleomorph: Corticium sasakii, syn Thanatephorus cucumeris) which claims significant yield loss (Saxena, 2002). It was first reported by Bertus (1927) in Sri Lanka under the name Sclerotial disease. The epidemics of this disease were first reported in the warm and humid foot hills of Himachal Pradesh by Thakur et al. (1995). Singh and Sharma (1976) recorded a loss in grain yield in the range of 11 to 40 per cent due to this disease while Lal et al. (1985) reported a reduction to the extent of 97.4 per cent in severe condition. A range of 25 to 30°C (Ahuja and Payak, 1981) coupled with an average relative humidity of 90-100% (Ahuja and Payak, 1981) is most suitable for development of this disease. These conditions prevail in the plains of N.E. region of India during the months of July-August, a time when the crop is in vulnerable growth stage. In India the disease was first recorded in the Tarai (foot hill plain areas) region of Uttar Pradesh (Payak and Renfro, 1966). Maize plant is affected by as many as 61 diseases, out of which 16 have been identified a major ones which occur both in tropical and temperate regions of India (Sharma and Payak, 1986). Among these, banded leaf and sheath blight (BLSB) incited by Rhizoctonia solani is gaining economic importance. Grain yield loss, depending on severity varies between 11 to 40 per cent (Singh and Sharma, 1976). Now banded leaf and sheath blight is considered as one of the major diseases of Maize (Payak and Sharma, 1985).

Role of amino acids in genetic disorders and analysis of drugs based on Lipinski’s rule
We have been demonstrating that the Distribution of Amino acids in Genetic Disorders. we retrieved that the diseased Proteome sequence for Genetic Disorders such as Anglemann Syndrome, Canavan disease, Celiac disease, Charcot Marie tooth Disease, Colour Blindness, Cridu chat, Cystic fibrosis, Down syndrome, Hemophilia and Neurofibrometasis. The Content of Polar amino acids are higher when compared with other type of amino acids. From the normal sequence, the Amino acids are mutated to Aspartic acid and Glutamic acid. If the amino acids are mutated to hydrophobic, hydrophilic and non polar amino acids we can control the genetic diseases. According to our work, based on Lipinski’s rule we observed that Alverine, Ropinirole ,Cyrimine , Carbidopa and Phosphatidylserine are the best controlling agent for Anglemann Syndrome, Canavan disease, Celiac disease,Charcot Marie tooth Disease, Colour Blindness respectively. We also observed that Mematine,Tyloxapol, Heaprin, Tranexamic acid and Indomethacin are the best drugs for Cridu chat, Cystic fibrosis, Down syndrome, Hemophilia and Neurofibrometasis respectively. Finally we concluded that, if the amino acids are mutated to hydrophobic or non polar amino acids, we can prevent Genetic Disorders.
