A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of Belinostat in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form. The separation was affected on a Altima ODS C18 column (150 mm x 4.6 mm,5µ) using a mobile phase mixture of buffer and acetonitrile in a ratio of 40:60 v/v at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detection was made at wave length of 210 nm. Calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 25 – 150 µg/mL of Belinostat. The proposed method was validated as per International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. The method was accurate, precise, specific , rapid and found to be suitable for the quantitative analysis of the drug and dosage forms. Forced degradation studies have been carried out under different conditions.

In this study, an organized method for determining the novelty of submitted manuscript is presented. The importance of the need for objective determination of the novelty of submitted manuscript is identified. Discussions on the meaning of novelty are presented and used as basis to form mathematical expressions defining parameters useful to quantify the novelty of submitted manuscript. The defined parameters will be found more useful in objective decision of the novelty of submitted manuscripts as opposed to the current frustrating subjective methodology adopted by editors and reviewers world over.

Water-in-oil-in-water (w/o/w) double emulsions are potential for enhancing oral bioavailability of drugs with high solubility and low permeability, but their industrial application is limited due to the instability. Herein, a novel formulation is developed-a self-double-emulsifying drug delivery systems (SDEDDS) by formulating mixtures of hydrophilic surfactants and water-in-oil (w/o) emulsion. The optimized formulations are stable. SDEDDS can spontaneously emulsify to water-in-oil in-water (w/o/w) double emulsions in the mixed aqueous gastrointestinal environment, with drug encapsulated in the internal water phase of the double emulsions. SDEDDS was employed to improve the oral absorption of Vancomycin Hydrochloride, a peptide-like drug with high solubility and low permeability. The optimized Vancomycin -SDEDDS were found to be stable up to 3 months under 40ºC.

The self-adjointness of product of two singular differential operators generated by a th-order symmetric differential expression is discussed. By means of the construction theory of real parameter on differential operators and matrix computation, the necessary and sufficient conditions which make the product being the self-adjoint operators in are obtained.

This part of research focuses on analysis and evaluation for synthesis problem of a computer network heterogeneous structure. Where the core of the network has a ring topology, the network lower level-topology tree, and this paper composed of two interrelated parts. Firstly, this part of presented herein addresses one of problems concerned with planning of computer networks with heterogeneous structure associated with cost effectiveness. However, the second part presents other side of the computer networks' structure problem associated with optimality of network size. Specifically, at this first partfocusing attention on the cost effectiveness problem of networks' structural features using modified elastic net method. Itadopted modified method applied for reaching shortest path topology of computer network backbone structure via computing method of weight coefficient values. That solution characterized by introducing additional Synthesized weight coefficients' values taking into account the amount of internal network nodes' demands/ traffic. Interestingly, obtained solution esults after simulated experiments proved to take the advantage of better cost effectiveness(lower cost) of designed network structure , rather than other well known applicable solutions to date.

Recently, conventional chillers using absorption technology consume energy for hot water generator but absorption chillers carry no energy saving. With the aim of providing a single point solution for this dual purpose application, a product is launched but can provide simultaneous chilling and heating using its vapour absorption technology with 40% saving in heating energy. Using energy efficiency and managing customer energy use has become an integral and valuable exercise. The reason for this is green technology helps to sustain life on earth. This not only applies to humans but to plants, animals and the rest of the ecosystem. Energy prices and consumption will always be on an upward trajectory. In fact, energy costs have steadily risen over last decade and are expected to carry on doing so as consumption grows. This article discusses the potential for such integrated systems in the stationary and portable power market in response to the critical need for a cleaner energy technology for communities. Any experiment should be compatible with scientific approaches such as statistical reliability, rationality, internal and external validity, generalizability, and other specific criteria related to the subject, at the laboratory level or field level. Hence, planning a design to accomplish those approaches is critical, and selecting an appropriate model accordingly to acquire basic principles of design would make the experiment more precise. Straightforward designs of CRD, RCBD, and LSD, and complicated designs of IBD, Factorial experiments, Split-plot designs, and Lattice designs are discussed here. Consequently, the researcher can decide the appropriate experimental design.

A prominent scholar, depicting the picture of Women in India, today, has maintained: There is no doubt that we are in the midst of a great revolution in the history of women. The evidence is everywhere; the voice of women is increasingly heard in Parliament, courts and in the streets. While women in the West had to fight for over a century to get some of their basic rights, like the right to vote, the Constitution of India gave women equal rights with men from the beginning. Unfortunately, women in this country are mostly unaware of their rights because of illiteracy and the oppressive tradition. In this paper we have investigated the steady plane poiseuille flow of viscous incompressible fluid between two porous parallel plates through porous medium. We have investigated the velocity, average velocity, shearing stress, skin frictions, the volumetric flow, drag coefficients and stream lines.

The most important aspect of organic chemical reactivity is the chemistry of carbonyl group (>C=O) .It directly undergoes nucleophilic attack by different substrates and yields a series of compounds.The prostereogenic carbon gets converted to stereogenic carbon by a nucleophilic attack on either side of the plane of carbonyl group. Different organic compounds containing >C=O group undergo photocyclisation or photoreduction reactions and result a variety of compounds of both chemical and mechanistic interest. ?-diketones an important class of carbonyl compounds afford stable ylides and Aldol adducts when interacted with different reagents under varying conditions.
