Pregnancy and Obesity: Facts and Complications
The obesity, factor of morbidity and mortality, is considered as a real health public problem. In gynecology, its consequences on the fertility and the contraception are severe and the obesity is at the origin of important obstetric complications that must make consider these pregnancies as at risk. Our practices have to take into account these complications by assuring an adapted and premature care to improve the maternal and neonatal outcomes.

Prizing De Solla Price’s Circumvent
This paper presents a study on the works of Derek J. De Solla Price who is reputed to be the founding father of the field of scientometric. A brief overview of the scientific exploits of de Solla Price was made with a focus on his advanced study on bibliometric and information science. The error introduced by the trivial modification of the contagion success model was identified and discussed with elucidatory expositions. The implication of resulting prizing system which is a derivative of De Solla Price’s works are also identified and discussed. This study provides the rationale for gathering knowledge to learn and improve future designs and implementation in citation analytics.

Project management processes and tools & techniques- a foundation for project’s success
Project management is not a new management trend; it is a professional practice that has reached wide acceptance in many facets of industries. The purpose of project management is to foresee as many of the dangers and problems as possible and to plan, organize and control activities so that projects are completed successfully in spite of all the risks. This process should start well before any resource is committed, and must continue until all work is finished. Organizations that have adopted project management as a key competency have benefited from improved project outcomes to significant competitive advantage. There are many aspects involved in successful project management: Solid processes, tools & techniques, experience, hard work, good teamwork and good work practices. This paper focuses on two important aspects of project management – the processes and the tools & techniques we use for the successful completion of a project.

Resection of intracardiac extension of Wilm’s tumor with CPB– An experience with epidural analgesia
Wilm’s tumor is the most common retroperitoneal tumor extending into the Inferior vena cava (IVC) in a child. In 1% of cases right atrial (RA) extension may be encountered. Anesthesia for intracardiac resection of tumor thrombus remains a challenge. We report 2 cases of Wilm’s tumor, one extending upto IVC-RA junction and the other with RA involvement managed successfully with resection on cardiopulmonary bypass. In both patients epidural catheters were inserted for perioperative analgesia. Considerable controversy exists regarding insertion of epidural catheters in the face of systemic heparinization. However we report good outcomes in terms of analgesic efficacy, shorter perioperative course and no complications. A short discussion on the various methods of bypass employed for the removal of these tumors is included. We also discuss the utility of newer equipment like Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and ultrasound for perioperative anesthetic management.

Retrograde Intramedullary Nail for Tibiotalocalcaneal fusion as a limb salvage procedure for landmine foot injury
The authors report the case of a 25-years-old officer, a victim of an anti-tank mine explosion. The initial lesional assessment revealed an open fracture of the left foot associated with a complex closed fracture at the middle third level of the ipsilateral tibia and fibula. The treatment was conservative, combining, at a first stage, a surgical act with connection of the talar, tibiotalar and subtalar joints with exo-fixation of the tibia. Followed, at the second stage, by a latissimus dorsi flap coverage of the loss of cutaneous substance secondary to infection. The evolution was marked by the skin healing and malunited unkle fractures. However, the patient had some residual pain in the ankle accompanied by disorders of walking was settled by the use of retrograde intramedullary nail. The evolution was marked by bone healing and resumption of walking. The functional score was at 72 at the last check. This result was highly satisfactory with 25 points of functional score improvement.

Risk assessment visualization model for software development
Software risk management is the practice of assessing risks that affects the software development projects, process or products. Most software development confronts great risks and risks might occur in the whole development process. This paper explores the different risks involved in various phases of the software development process and defines mitigation steps after analyzing risks. The objective of this research is to construct a visualization tool for software risk assessment for all phases in software development process.

Role of Women Empowerment in Peace Building in Somalia
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that everyone has the right to take part in the Government of his/her country. The empowerment and autonomy of women and the improvement of women's social, economic and political status is essential for the achievement of both transparent and accountable government and administration and sustainable development in all areas of life. The power relations that prevent women from leading fulfilling lives operate at many levels of society, from the most personal to the highly public. Across the world, women are treated unequally and less value is placed on their lives because of their gender. Women?s differential access to power and control of resources is central to this discrimination in all institutional spheres that is the household, community, market, and state. Discrimination against women has resulted in violence and brutality on many women. In Somali, women are systematically discriminated against and subordinated. They face limited inclusion in decision making structures and leadership roles, limited access to reproductive health, higher rates of stigmatization from HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases, denial of due process rights, abuse of women's rights in divorce cases, denial of custody of children and denial of women's rights of property ownership and inheritance under customary law.

Secure Data Sharing Model for Cloud Systems
Secure Data Sharing Model for Cloud Computing (SSCC) is a new cryptosystem model that aims to store user's data files in a secure manner to keep it away from the unauthorized access. We have developed a new cryptosystem model that based on the Original Hill cipher algorithm using matrices manipulation and symmetric key cryptography. It gave a good impression by comparing it with previous ways where the comparing results between SSCC and Hill Cipher 6.86% improvement in the encryption time. While when we compare SSCC and Advance Encryption Standard (AES) the difference was 3.94% for AES which means that the proposed model has a chance to compete with AES model. Another comparison is done to cover the two cases: SSCC1 and SSCC2, the SSCC1 with and without compression decreasing the encryption time in a percentage of 96.287%.

Seismic analysis of RC frames with different masonry infill walls with and without opening
Reinforced concrete frames structures with unreinforced masonry infill walls are prevailing in developing countries like India with regions of high seismicity. The aim of this study is to compare different response parameter on the effect of different masonry infill materials for reinforced concrete frames . For this purpose G+14 RC framed building were model with different infill materials and Response spectrum method has been executed for the analysis as per IS1893:2002 using Etabs software. The variation of base shear, storey drift, and displacement were obtained by the analysis of three RC frame models viz. bare frame, in-filled frame and open first storey frames were carried out. For modelling of infill wall, Equivalent diagonal strut method is used to find out the width of strut using FEMA approach. The results are compared and shown in the form of graphs. The results show that with addition to opening, hollow concrete block and fly ash brick frame in-filled models exhibit superior seismic behaviour.

Solid phase extraction of amount Cu(II) using C18 disks modified cyclodextrin–chitosan/nano graphene oxide
Simple chemical bonding method to synthesize cyclodextrin–chitosan/nano graphene oxide (CCGO) was reported. The adsorption behaviors of Cu(II) in aqueous solution on CCGO were systematically investigated. The procedure is based on the selective formation of Cu(II) at optimum pH by elution with organic eluents and determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is based on complex formation on the surface of the ENVI-18 DISKTM disks modified cyclodextrin–chitosan/nano graphene oxide (CCGO) followed by stripping of the retained species by minimum amounts of appropriate organic solvents. The elution is efficient and quantitative. The effect of potential interfering ions, pH, CCGO amount, stripping solvent, and sample flow rate were also investigated. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the break-through volume was found to about 1000mL providing a preconcentration factor of 600. The maximum capacity of the disks was found to be 398± 3 µg for Cu2+.The limit of detection of the proposed method is 5ng per 1000mL.The method was applied to the extraction and recovery of copper in different water samples.
