Necessity of commodity markets in Indian economy
Globalization has brought about a new perspective and fresh challenges and vast opportunities in its train. Indian agriculture is undergoing a fundamental change wherein the technology and inputs are moving out of the hands of farmers to external suppliers. It is agriculture is confronted by a number of challenges as domestic prices of several commodities have gone up and are much higher than international price. This has made imports attractive adversely affecting exports. The price distortion due to long supply chain in farm produce marketing and the resultant low share of farmers in the final price is an important issue in the development of agriculture. Therefore, there is a need to integrate agriculture sector with commercial and industrial sector on the same business principle. The importance of commodity market, in this respect, needs no emphasis.

A Study to prioritize issues influencing ERP implementation in Indian SMEs
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a novel business management system that integrates all facets of business. There is an increasing demand for this system in both developed and developing countries. ERP has widely used in developed countries all over the world to automate the deployment, streamline processes and for achieving process improvement and global competitiveness. Today organizations of any magnitude have implemented or in the process of implementing such systems in order to remain competitive in this global market scenario. Recent trend shows that adoption of ERP is much higher in SME sector. Although ERP systems can bring competitive advantages to organizations, the high failure rate in implementing such systems is a major concern. A number of cases exist where organizations inspite of spending high amount on ERP implementation have not been able to reap any benefits out of it. This paper thus attempts to explore the existing literature to identify and prioritize some success issues leading to positive implementation of ERP in context to Indian small and medium scale enterprises.

This paper examines the way Infosys Technologies Ltd. is able to withstand impact of GFM by adopting innovative management practices. The paper makes an attempt to enumerate some of the best management practices do adopted by Indian IT giant. The continuous downward moving bottom-line of IT companies has made most of them to initiate various measures which mainly comprises of uncalled for measures such as lay off, reduced pay package, etc. Such undesirable measures could be detrimental to the employees, corporate image, productivity and efficiency and society at large. An examination of the link between corporate governance and organizational performance in the Nigerian banking sector
This paper examined the link between corporate governance and organisational performance in the banking industry. The objectives of this study were to investigate the significant difference between corporate governance practices and organisational performance and also to examine whether corporate governance variables used in this study were predictors of or were associated with organisational performance in the banking sector in Nigeria. The study employed survey research design. The subjects were employees of five banks in Oyo, Oyo State, Nigeria. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires to get opinions of employees in the five banks. Five hypotheses were formulated and tested using Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, and T-test. The findings showed that there was a significant difference between Corporate Governance practices and Organizational Performance. It was also shown that corporate governance policies, and Shareholder Right and responsibilities jointly predicted Organizational Performance. In addition, it was shown that there was significant relationship between Shareholder right and responsibilities and Organizational performance. Lastly, research found that corporate governance policies and corporate governance practices jointly predicted Organizational Performance. Based on the findings, it was recommended that the management and staff of the banks should make it a point of duty to understand the concept of corporate governance and carry along the various stakeholders with a view to improving organizational performance.

Chaos Theory and its Complexity and Role in the Analyzing of Policy Networks
Network approach for policy-making emphasizes on dependence of government, organizations, groups and people who are in policy-making domain. This essay wants to explain the concept of networks and policy networks and analyzes the effect of chaos theory and its complexity and role in policy networks, too. The chaos theory learns us; organizations which are in border of order and chaos, are more successful. Organizations will be destroyed when they have a lot of order and don't have any flexibility. Organizations which are in the border of order and chaos can increase their flexibility by making changes in work's methods and using of different work's shapes and this flexibility lets them for compatibility with environmental changes. Finally, this essay will consider three kinds of future orientations in policy networks which consist of; rational choice, analysis of network and case study.

Key Factors of Competitiveness: A case of Textile Industry of Pakistan
This paper is focused on finding out the key determinants of competitiveness in the textile sector, with special reference to Pakistan. Researcher has conducted a survey that is designed to use financial side, productivity side, supply side, and demand side determinants to measure firms’ level Competitiveness. Primary data was collected at five point Likert scale for 145 Listed Textile Companies at Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE). Collected data was then analyzed by using the SEM statistical tool to find out the key components of competitiveness and the rate of interdependency between the dependent and independent variables. The result shows that financial and demand side determinants having a greater positive impact on the competitiveness. Research also suggests that the improvements in financial as well as capital markets to keep the edge along with the more efforts to improve the productivity and supply side can improve the firm’s level competitiveness.

Management education in India-an agenda for reform
The paper highlights the weaknesses of the Indian Management Education System. After an in-depth study of the system, the issues that have been surfaced are- over production of management graduates, recklessness in meeting the quality requirements, lack of research facilities, student interface and attention to specialization specific niche concepts. It has also been found that in majority of B-Schools, Entrepreneurship stands no meaning and they follow poor admission procedures. This is an indicative of the fact that inclusive growth is still a dream for India and will remain for a long time to come. However, an immense potential for radical change can help fructify the suggested model- “MERT”, which is holistic and modern in approach and lively in practice. It shall try to uplift the Management Education System by bringing about an initiative for inclusive growth of the industry. The acronym MERT stands for Management Education Reform Triangle.

Questionnaire for the development of Environmental Regulation Management System for Indian Manufacturing Industries
The primary task of the studies based on survey is the questionnaire development process. The design of a questionnaire involves a systematic procedure. This paper addresses the procedure adopted to design the questionnaire and to evolve policy guidelines for setting up of Environmental Regulation Management System (ERMS) in Indian Manufacturing Industries. During the process development, each and every phase of the questionnaire design is carefully framed based on the guidelines, experiences shared by the domain knowledge people and literature survey. The pre-tests, which are critical for the acceptance of any new questionnaire, are Understandability test and Reliability test. The questionnaire is validated with the above pretests using samples collected from different category of industries.

Determining and prioritizing the criteria and scales for evaluating the cohesive training information system at the University of Tehran, by AHP method
The aim of present research is to determine and prioritize criteria and scales of evaluating cohesive training systems. Present paper attempts to provide a paradigm for better devising of universities' cohesive training systems by identifying such scales. In terms of its aim, this research is an applied one and in terms of data collection method, it is descriptive and survey one. Its population includes elite training experts in the colleges and institutes affiliated to University of Tehran. It attempts to study domestic and foreign papers and to identify criteria and scales for evaluating cohesive training systems. Library method is used to gather information on theoretical basics, literature and to identify aspects and scales. Identified aspects include: content, flexibility, organizational structure, usage convenience, usage services and apparent form. To prioritize identified aspects and scales, the opinions of elite training experts in University of Tehran are used. Data gathering tool was questionnaire. Data were analyzed by AHP method and Expert Choice software. According to research findings, the relative supremacy of content was 0.362; flexibility, 0.225; organizational structure, 0.155; usage convenience, 0.115, usage service, 0.087; and apparent form, 0.056. So, one can say that the importance of identified aspects to evaluate cohesive training systems in terms of priority is content, flexibility, organizational structure, usage convenience, usage services and apparent form.

Applying Financial Inclusion Requirements in Iraq
This study dealt with the theoretical framework basics of financial inclusion, then analyzing the most important indicators of financial inclusion in Iraq, which showed the reality of financial inclusion in order to determine the basic requirements for financial coverage. The study has reached a number of conclusions, the most important ones: The weakness of the levels of financial coverage in Iraq due to weak access and utilization of financial and banking services; the percentage of those who own a financial or bank account for the adult population )11%); the ratio of the number of borrowing accounts (4.2%), while the global average of those who have a financial and bank account is (70%). Also the weakness of the bank density index, where every )35000( people have one bank branch in Iraq, while globally a thousand people have one branch bank, these proved the weak situation of financial inclusion level.
