A study of North east corner method and use of Object Oriented Programming model
In this paper, the North east corner [NEM] procedure is successfully coded and tested via many randomly generated problem instances . Based on the results we can conclude that the correctness of the newly coded NEM is promising as compared with the previously coded one.

Radiation and chemical reaction effects on MHD mixed convective flow from a vertical surface with ohmic heating and viscous dissipation
The paper investigated the effect of radiation and chemical reaction on unsteady MHD mixed convection flow past an infinite vertical plate with Ohmic heating and viscous dissipation has been is discussed. Approximate solutions have been derived for the velocity, temperature field, concentration profiles, skin friction and Nusselt number using multi-parameter perturbation technique. The obtained results are discussed with the help of the graphs to observe the effect of various parameters like Schmidt number (Sc), Prandtl number (Pr), Magnetic parameter (M), radiation parameter (F) and porosity parameter (K).

Restoration: Image Inpainting Using Global Image Mathematics
Image Inpainting and denoising refers to the ill-posed problem of filling in the missing data in digital images by interpolating from the vicinity. In this paper, we present a new approach for image restoration. The denoising is performed by the smoothing equation working inside and outside of the inpainting domain but in completely different ways. Inside the inpainting domain, the smoothing is carried out by the Mean Curvature Flow, while outside the inpainting domain is carried out in a way as to encourage smoothing within a region and discourage smoothing across boundaries. The approach here presented permits the transportation of available information from the outside towards the inside of the inpainting domain. To illustrate the effective performance of our model, we present some experimental results on a Matlab and solved the diffusion equations.

Solution of general lotka-volterra system by using differential transform method
In this study the differential transform method is applied to solve the general lotka- volterra system of ordinary differential equations. Firstly, we stated the definition of the one dimensional transform method, and some related theorems. Then some illustrative examples are given, the numerical results of these examples compared with those obtained by the A domain decomposition method are found to be the same.

An Inventory Model for Non instantaneous Deteriorating items under the effect of Price with Partial Backlogging and shortage
This paper presents an inventory model for deteriorating item having price dependent demand and partial backlogging. The study of inventory system with deteriorating item has a special significance as it influences the profit and revenue of a retailer. It has been observed that some time item does not start to deteriorates as it comes to the storage so we have consider non instantaneous deteriorating item and its rate of deterioration varies linearly with time. The proposed model has been developed to determine optimal order quantity and optimal selling price for which profit can be maximized. The model is solved analytically by maximizing the total average profit. Sensitiveness of the parameter has been tested by sensitivity analysis and numerical example has been illustrated to explore the solution of the model.

Element-free Galerkin method with wavelet basis and its application in electromagnetic field
Part or all of the mesh can be eliminated by using the compact support, the orthogonality and other properties of the wavelet function and the meshless algorithm to enhance the computing capability. A meshless algorithm was proposed based on the wavelet basis function. Combine the advantages of both wavelet function and meshless method. Wavelet transform is introduced into the element-free method to build the form that wavelet basis function meshless method formula. The method is applied in analysis of electromagnetic field. We give the method of discrete model, and use Lagrange multiplier method realizing essential boundary conditions. Numerical examples show the new method is effective for solving electromagnetic field.

Modelling of flow curve of IF steel sheets using artificial neural network
Several investigations have established that the formability of sheet metal can be assessed from the stress-strain relationship(Sing,W.M and Rao,K.P[1997]). A true stress-strain curve is frequently called a flow curve because it gives the stress required to cause the metal to flow plastically to any given strain. In this paper the flow curve is used for modelling. A model based on an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is introduced to reveal the flow curve of IF steel of thickness 0.85 mm non-coated. After using experimental data to train and test it, the model is applied to new data for prediction of the flow curve. Flow curve represents the basic plastic flow characteristics of the material.

Multi objective fuzzy linear programming technique for weighted additive model for supplier selection in supply chain management
Supplier selection and allocating orders to supplier is a complex multi objective problem which includes both quantitative and qualitative factors. In order to achieve an efficient solution in the quantitative factors, a Multi Objective Fuzzy Linear Programming [MOFLP] model with fuzziness in objective, resources, technological coefficient and resources for the proposed weighted additive model and it is compared with zimmermann method to help the management to allocate the optimum order quantities, in which the three objectives are to optimize purchasing cost, quality, and service and satisfy constraints like supplier’s capacity, supply chain demand etc are considered. The model has been applied to supplier selection of a high technology company named Multi-Flex Lami-Print Ltd which manufactures Flexible Packaging materials. In fuzzy supplier selection problem four different cases are considered to incorporate the uncertainty by zimmermann and weighted additive method. The result shows that the model is effective and applicable to industries.

Numerical study on unsteady MHD free convection and mass transfer flow past a vertical flat plate in porous medium, Chemical Reaction and Soret Effects
A two dimensional unsteady MHD free convection and mass transfer flow of an incompressible, viscous and electrically conducting fluid past an accelerated vertical flat plate through porous medium with chemical reaction, heat source, thermal diffusion and the influence of uniform magnetic field applied normal to the plate has been studied. The solution would be based mainly on finite difference methods. The system of equations has been transformed into a dimensionless form by using well known transformations. The dimensionless continuity, momentum, energy and concentration equations are solved numerically by explicit finite difference technique. The results for velocity, temperature, concentration, streamlines, isotherm lines are discussed graphically and the skin friction, Nusselt number are described in tables with different time steps as well as for different values of flow parameters of physical and engineering interest.
