Resource use efficiency in Chili Pepper production in the Keta municipality of Volta Region of Ghana
This research was carried out in Keta Municipality of Volta Region of Ghana to investigate how resources are used in the production of chili pepper. A simple random technique was used to select 100 chili pepper farmers from three communities in Woe, Keta Municipality. The data was collected from December 2010 to January 2011. The Cobb-Douglas production function was used to determine the resource use efficiency of inputs used by the farmers. The findings of the study showed that the farmers were operating in stage two of the production frontier. This was shown from the elasticities of the various inputs, showing diminishing return which is a characteristic of the stage two of the production function. However, the farmers were found not to be efficient in allocating the resources for production in the study area. The ratio of the marginal value product (MVP) and the marginal factor cost (MFC) was found to be less than unity for all the inputs except labour and organic manure. The study recommends that the farmers should reduce the level of those inputs that are being over used. They should rather increase the use of organic manure and maintain the quantity of labour use.

Robotics in medicine cryonics in nanotechnology raising from death
Cryonics-raising the dead: The concept goes like this: When a patient’s heart stops beating, but before the structure of his brain starts to degenerate, the patient is attached to a heart –lung machine and progressively infused with ‘antifreeze’ and other cellular stabilizers and then his body temperature is lowered until the patient is at ‘liquid nitrogen temperatures’. At this point, all molecular change stops indefinitely and the patient are put in storage. When the nanotechnology cell repair devices become available, the fatal disease that caused ‘death is reversed, the anti-freeze toxicity is removed, and the patient is warmed back up alive and well. In cryonics- freezing people fore future – scientists take patients who have been labeled as ‘dead’ by current medical criteria, replace their blood and much of their body water with chemicals to inhibit freezing damage, and preserve them in liquid nitrogen at (-196 Celsius). At that temperature all molecules in the body are locked in solids can no longer move around to react. Thus the individual can remain unchanged for thousands of years. It is possible that frozen patients will repairable and relabeled as ‘potentially alive’ by using nannies

Searchability a domain quality factor for web software applications
As organizations become aware of the strategic importance of e-commerce they will also become aware of the need of quality Web sites. In early years the World Wide Web was originally designed to present information to Web surfers using simple sites that consists of hyper linked text. But, Modern Web applications run large-scale software applications for e-commerce, information distribution, entertainment, and numerous other activities. The factors that constitute software quality in traditional data processing are well defined. However, it is necessary to have a full understanding about the quality in the context of World Wide Web. This paper identifies a new quality factor, searchability for the World Wide Web with the checklist of enablers. This factor enables the Web site developers and evaluators to create quality Web sites.

SEM Investigation of Microstructure in high performance concrete with binary and ternary mixes
HPC mixes may be made with Silica fume for cement and binary and ternary mixes involving Industrial By-products of Bottom ash and steel slag aggregate for the replacement of Fine aggregate and Coarse aggregate. Binary mixes involved combinations of silica fume and bottom ash, silica fume and steel slag aggregate, bottom ash and steel slag aggregate and ternary mixes involved combination both of three materials in concrete consumes CH leads to development of a different morphology in ITZ. This paper presents SEM for the three phases and an evaluation of the ITZ in the three cases for making HPC.

Sharon - agent based service middleware for e-governance: a systematic web examination based approach using Christina ontology
Over the past few years, semantic web service and multi agent approach has been used successfully in the development of E-Governance. Such a hybrid approach can be considered as an effective approach for the development of predictive modeling in complex e-governance systems. This paper descript a novel approach for the Advanced Semantic Web Service and Multi-Agent based middleware to solve the problems in like MIS Advanced Integrated system interoperability, Sharon advanced system operation research complex Integration, available resource sharing integration of heterogeneous data. This approach is useful for the construction of regional based E-government.

Solving Time Minimizing Transportation Problem by Zero Point
In this paper we are study on time minimizing transportation problem for Albert David Company. The object of this problem is minimizing the transportation time of goods which supply from one source to another source. In this paper we are using zero point method [6,7] to solving time minimizing transportation problem and compare the obtained results with the regulars with the regular methods, which is solve by tora software to get feasible solution and we find that zero point method is best from another method.

Strategic issues and challenges in health and cosmetic industry: a case study on ostrich oil production - ms worldwide manufacturing (m) SDN. BHD
The health and cosmetics industry in Malaysia is growing rapidly and is expected to grow steadily in the future. However, the usage of ostrich oil in this industry is still new. This paper aims to analyze the strategic issues and challenges faced by ostrich oil based manufacturing company in the health and cosmetic industry known as MS Worldwide Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. The qualitative study is done based on several unstructured interviews and also based on the published data obtained from relevant websites. Based on this primary and secondary data, the company is found to be facing problems with strategy and execution in the specific market place of Malaysia. This paper discusses the situation and tries to diagnose the problems areas, generate alternative solutions, predict outcomes and evaluate alternatives strategic planning and implementation to produce better results.

Stregthening of precracked high strength concrete beam using fibre reinforced ferrocement laminate
Ferrocement laminates are introduced to enhance the overall performance of pre-cracked high strength concrete beams. Eight beams of size 150mm width, 200mm depth and 1500mm overall length were cast and tested for flexure. Out of eight beams two beams were treated as control beams and the remaining beams are to damaged under overloading by applying 65% ultimate load for two beams and 75% ultimate load for another two beams and 85% ultimate load for remaining two beams and strengthened by fastening ferrocement laminates. Fastening of ferrocement laminates onto the tension surface of the pre-cracked beam was done by using epoxy resin adhesive. The strengthened beams were again tested for ultimate load carrying capacity by conducting flexural test. A comparative study was made between the control beams, the pre-cracked beams strengthened by ferrocement laminates. From the test results it could be seen that ferrocement can be used as an alternative strengthening material for the pre-cracked high strength concrete beams damaged due to overloading.

Study of molecular interactions in binary liquid containing cord liver oil+ aniline of various concentrations at different temperatures
The ultrasonic velocity, density and viscosity have been measured for the binary liquid mixture of Cord liver oil + aniline as a function of different composition (0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% and 1%) and different temperatures such as 303,308,313,318and 323K. The experimental data has been used to calculate some excess parameters namely, adiabatic compressibility (?), intermolecular free length (Lf), free volume (Vf), internal pressure (?i), relaxation time (?), absorption coefficient (?/f¬¬2) and relative association (RA). The results are discussed and interpreted about structural and specific interactions that predominated by hydrogen bonding.

Synthesis, crystallographic and theoretical investigation of 7-benzyl-3h-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,1-i]purine
The title compound has been prepared in high yield from 9-benzyl-purine derivative by reaction with diethoxymethyl acetate (DEMA). The structure of the tricyclic compound, 7-(2-chlorobenzyl-3H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,1-i]purine 2, was confirmed by X-ray analysis. Semiempirical calculations for predicting geometrical parameters are in excellent agreement with the X-ray crystal structure.
