Assessing the Capacity of Mellat Bank to Earn Income from Commission on Services (The Guarantee Commission, LC, Etc), Emphasizing Profitability and Providing a Suitable Model for Capacity Management using SWOT Model
Due to major changes taken place in the banking system of Iran, Bank Mellat has faced new challenges: restructuring state sectors into private ones through privatization, an increase in their rivals, the intense competition to obtain more market share, bringing about more expenses and costs as to four bank deposits, etc., has led the bank to tends to increase the commission (the income from services’ commission). In this paper, the researcher has collected the required information through interviews with experts as well as scientific and library studies. In the first section of this study, to determine the potential income from commission on Mellat bank services, strategic planning (SWOT model) and assessment models of internal factors (IFE) as well as external factors (EFE) were employed. Due to the fact that in assessment models of internal (IFE) and external factors (EFE), the bank has obtained a score of 2.25 and 1.75, it can be argued that the bank has not successful in making use o its appropriate capacity in the field of services and non-shared revenues. In the last section of this paper, to enhance the capacity of non-shared services of Mellat bank, various strategies SO, ST, WO and WT are suggested. Among aforementioned strategies, the defensive strategy (WT) is selected as the main strategy of the bank through which 12 major factors are presented by the researcher contributing to the self-defense strategy.

CDK6 expression in dentigerous cyst, odontogenic keratocyst and ameloblastoma
To investigate the expression of CDK6 in odontogenic lesions. In this study 77 odontogenic lesions consist of 19 unicystic ameloblastoma (UA), 18 solid ameloblastoma (SA), 20 odontogenic keratocysts (OKC), and 20 dentigerous cysts were reviewed by immunohistochemistry (IHC) for CDK6 staining. Frequency of positive cytoplasmic CDK6 expression in ameloblastoma (solid and unicystic) and DCs, were recorded as, 100% and 15% respectively which show a statistically significant different (p=0.000). Positive nuclear CDK6 in SAs and UAs was 100% and 94.7% respectively which was significantly higher than DCs and OKCs (p=0.000). Mean percentage of both cytoplasmic (72.71 ± 10.0) and nuclear (45.0 ± 10.7) CDK6 staining in SAs was significantly higher than other lesions (p=0.000). Our study demonstrated that overexpression of the nuclear CDK6 and dysregulation of the PRb pathway play a role in the oncogenesis of ameloblastoma but not DCs and OKCs and might be one of the reasons for aggressive behavior of ameloblastoma.

Crime in the United States of America: testing the ‘Broken Window’ hypothesis
This study wishes to examine and validate the ‘broken window’ hypothesis among the fifty one states in the United States. The chosen method for this analysis is Johansen cointegration test to test for cointegration, and if any cointegrating vector is found, we proceed to test for Granger causality based on VECM. We test whether property crime (proxy for minor crime) leads to violent crime (proxy for major crime) in the fifty one states with respect to the period 1960 to 2007. Result of the study indicates that violent crime and property crime are cointegrated in forty eight states out of fifty one states. Further analysis to test for the validity of the broken window hypothesis provides stunning result whereby we found that the hypothesis is indeed valid in forty four out of forty eight states.

Criminal Protection from Fetus in Iranian Jurisdiction
Fetal protection is an issue that has been outlined in human societies and it has been considered in many legal systems throughout the world. In Iranian criminal law, fetus has a human personality and is respectable and protective. Any violation from this law is legally forbidden and is considered as a crime because like other human beings, fetus has rights such as rights of living and being healthy. So protection of fetal rights is not limited to support of its life by abortion ban or other practices resulting in life deprivation rather it includes protection of fetus’s health right.

Curcuma Longa: A coloring agent or a miracle spice
The traditional medicines (i.e. herbal medicines / Spices) are cost effective & have negligible side effects. There is a need for credible research to investigate the proper use, adverse effects and precautions associated with these products. Hence, the current study was carried out to observe the hepatoprotective effect of Curcuma Longa (C.L) in Nitro-Methane Sulfonamide (N-MS) induced hepatotoxicity. 40 male albino wistar rats were divided into four groups. In group A, normal diet was given for 09 days while in group B, N- MS was given for 09 days followed by CL powder for next 09 days; while CL powder for 09 days followed by N- MS for next 09 days was used in group C. Group D received N-MS in adjunct with C.L powder for 09 days. Blood samples from each group were taken for biochemical analysis of serum levels of ALT, AST, Alkaline Phosphatase and GGT. The results of present study have concluded that the administration of C.L significantly offered protection against damaging effects of N-MS.
